I go here for the nugget ice 😍🥰 my fav, I assume they are busy around the time I go in so it’s hit or miss getting my few cups of ice. Not a bad place at all the employees are pretty nice to us maybe because we’re regulars either way ppl should understand customer service is a very hard job and when you deal with nasty attitudes all day it rubs off on you and you get what you give eventually. A smile and a little small talk will turn your trip to this location or any location will get you better results. YOU GET MORE BEES WITH HONEY THAN YOU DO WITH VINEGAR. Ijs

This is one of the cleanest gas stations I've ever seen especially after midnight. There is an awsome cashier Jennifer that works there. She is so sweet and has such a positive uplifting attitude....great customer service

We were on our way from Tennessee to Illinois and stopped in to a Rickers gas station and we got some Coffee. Ya'll need to bring that stuff to our little town in Tennessee because that stuff woke us up for the rest of our trip!! It was just as good as what I get at Starbucks and I have to get extra shots that cost out the wazoo!! It was awesome!!!

Pizza is so good ... better than papa johns ... everyone should try pizza you will love it ...

Easy to access. Clean grounds. Good options inside. Pumps seem to be more about the advertising than expediting your fueling.

Great coffee

I was told that the membership card only gives you a discount when you earn points. Is this accurate? The gas was 2.53, member price 2.43. I was prompted to see the cashier and she rang me up inside. This is how your membership was explained. #whatsthepoint

Ordering food would be better here if the staff wasn't trying to have a personal conversation while making your food... The staff had her phone tucked under her ear WHILE making my tacos. Not only unprofessional, but unsanitary. ...at least the food is cheap.

Bathrooms always out of order and the closed at 6p on a Sunday

Extraordinarily unkept. Old litter throughout. No napkins available anywhere. Shelves not stocked. Women's restroom cordoned off for staff only. Men's restroom out of tissue, out of soap, bags and paper all over floor. They just don't care.

Went into by a drink and saw a promotion for buy 2 get one free.
Employee did not give me the promotion and then gave me a huge attitude when I did not want the third drink. I just paid for it and left because he was rude. If you don’t like your job then get a different one.
Every time I come here every employee is rude and doesn’t even say hello or smile. Last time I visit this location. I’d rather get gas on the north side where people are at least nice to customers..

If you only need gas and can pay at the pump, it's perfect. If you need stuff from inside, keep on driving down the road. Huge lines, lazy employees who just watch one cashier struggle with the lines.
