I love Dr. Otherson. Staff is always polite. I just called today for a follow-up after going to immediate care and was hoping for a same day appointment. I was able to get an appointment with another nurse practioner.

Took my MIL to establish a new patient relationship with Dr Banka. Great experience, beginning to end. Very thorough, patient and kind. Took his time and actually listened. Great bedside manner!

Dr Banka is my new Dr and he is great I use to have Dr Enright since I was a child but since I hadn't been to the dr in a couple of years they removed me as his patient

I was a patient here in 2014 and wasn't too impressed with wait times and the care I received. I left for a few years and just came back. Everything is different now! The staff is friendly there is little to no wait now. I moved away but still drive here to see my doctor because it's worth it.

Staff friendly and doctors are caring, listening to what the patient has to say.

I just started coming here a few months ago and so far everyone I’ve met working there is nice and professional. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to be called back, so that’s a few stars by itself!

staff is great Dr.Banka seems to listen, but the problem, i have gone to him for 4 visits telling him about a problem, 3 times all he does is prescribe the same meds that dont work....

Rude staff

I’ve been going here multiple times over the past 3-4 months for the same issue and practically nothing was done about it. I went to Community today and was taken care of immediately. They asked if my doctor here performed a list of tests and of course, they did not. I have a note from a doctor at Franciscan in MyChart saying, and I quote, to “calm down”. It’s discouraging that the people who should be helping you don’t care about you at all, I felt like such a nuisance the past few months for being in pain every single day. It’s not my fault I’m in pain and it’s natural to want answers…The women who answer the phones are extremely rude and it’s difficult to get direct answers from them. I had a woman call me on Monday to let me know a referral went through and if I didn’t hear from the GI within two days to call them myself. I called the GI two days later and was informed that nothing was ever sent over. I called Franciscan back and a different woman told me I misunderstood them and that my referral was still pending. I explained what I was told and she argued with me and basically told me I was wrong even though she wasn’t there for the previous conversation. Please please please go somewhere else, I highly recommend Community.
