Dr. Jack G. Walz

The care that I continue to receive by Dr. Jack Walz and his staff has exceeded my expectations. I was initially referred to Dr. Jack by my primary dentist when I began experiencing limited opening abilities and locked jaw. Over the course of my treatment, I have hit several bumps in the road that have set my recovery time back, but Dr. Jack continues to work with me and customize his treatment to fit my lifestyle. I have seen considerable improvement now that I am back on track and am well on my way to having a perfectly functioning jaw. I am impressed by the care that I have received and his staff is nothing but amazing! If anyone is dealing with TMJ or related issues, I would most definitely see Dr. Jack Walz. He is dedicated to his patients and will go above and beyond to help in any way he can.

Dr. Walz has been treating my TMJ, facial pain, headaches, and migraines since 2015. Without him and his office, my quality of life would be substantially less. I will always be grateful for his care, it has changed my life.

I'm sorry but I've never got a chance to meet him. And I now don't want to and could care less about it. What company has a policy of being kicked out because you've rescheduled,not missed appointments but rescheduled just to find a better fit. I was told that because my history from rescheduling 3 times, that I was ommited from his practice with no incubation period of returning. What does that type of history have to do with being taken off of a list unless he has a specific preference on who to serve or if the money would be the issue, which wasn't the issue with me. Someone that has tmj issues should never been shooed away in that manner and that certainly doesn't make you a good person or doctor rather. I now know not to put all my eggs in one basket nor listen to other people's perspective of another being. You don't make someone feel like a bad person because they couldn't make certain appointments, the last time I checked rescheduling appointments was something you were suppose to do, and to not get penalized for it.

Saw him years ago, my jaw locked open during his care, he did nothing and told me to keep wearing the appliances regardless, I got worse and had horrible symptoms from it that
I had to try and deal with while working, he doesn't or never explained the correlation between the jaw and whole body like I later learned, he was the beginning of my downfall of why I'm now no longer able to work or function, another cookie cutter tmj dr that doesn't know what he's doing nor have compassion for the patient,tmj treatment should not be cookie cutter or limited into only looking at the jaw itself, it was also weird when he would spend very little time with me, then go in a room and shut the door with his assistant after giving her lingo I didn't understand while looking at me, then he would come back shortly after, and basically send me on my way, I went to him many yrs ago in his normal il office, if he's still treating tmj, I hope he has, educated himself more, if not, beware, especially if you're a more complex case, he didn't help me,made me worse.

Worst experience at dentist ever.
