Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Recently I had to use Enterprise Car rental due to repairs
Being done on my vehicle. The staff at Enterprise were very courteous, mindful of my time and very friendly which mage the overall experience easy! I don’t remember the young ladies name who assisted me but she was the best. Great attitude, listened to my needs and concerns, and met my requests. I appreciate her customer service. I will continue to use Enterprise Car Rental for my future car rental needs.

Got a rental due to a back order on parts at the dealership. The gentleman (Alex) who helped me could not have made the experience any better. He was very polite, showed me respect and his customer service was on point. Thankful that he walked me through everything helped me more than the dealership did. So if you need a car ask for Alex.

From the initial car booking to the final return, I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. To sum it up, the staff was courteous, the car was well-maintained, and it provided me with a smooth travel. Even when I delayed my return by 30 minutes, they didn't overcharge, which demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I rate this experience a perfect 10 out of 10. The experience was AWESOME. The young man I had working with me was very cool. He worked with me because I didn't want a small vehicle. I had him changing up about three vehicles. Great Customer Service. I will be going back but I will go early because they can get packed close to closing time. Nice clean environment was happy with the services.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was ready and what I reserved. During my rental time, I received a text, which provided me information on who to contact if I had any issues and how to contact them. When I returned the vehicle, it was a quick and simple process. Best experience so far.

I have to rent cars for work travel pretty often and I'm ALWAYS taken care of! They're quick, professional, and accommodating. The cars have been cleaned well and I feel safe driving cars coming from this company. Every employee I've worked with is so kind and genuinely wants to help ensure I have a good experience. Special shoutout to Hailey! I work with her pretty often and it's always a treat!

We rented a vehicle for a 2 week trip out west. We found out soon after leaving that the a/c didn't work and the brakes needed new rotors. We contacted Enterprise and Jordan and her upper management team worked to get us a replacement vehicle in Rapid City SD. They did a great job resolving our problem. Thanks for all your help.

Just wanted to share that I had a great experience at the Pioneer Park location in Peoria,Il this past weekend!!! No issues with the rental and getting the correct car, even after I walked in 20 minutes before closing to pick up my rental. Great customer service and a special shout out to Roman H. at this location as well. I had multiple issues with a rental I had back in May and Roman was able to waive all charges for the rough time I had AND gave me 2 free days on my next rental!!! Not gonna lie, I was skeptical whether or not they would honor his promise of the free days. However, I was only charged two of the four days when I redeemed it this weekend!!! So again, shoutout Roman!!! Hope you get that manager position sir because you definitely came thru for me on the last two encounters I’ve had with enterprise.

This is by far the best enterprise in Illinois. Staff is the friendliest out of any other enterprise I've been to. They really do go above and beyond. Highly recommend them

The chevy silverado rental was easy and fast. Darrell Quast was professional and got me on the road in a minimal amount of time. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive. A+++ Rental! Definitely will rent from Enterprise again!

They r the best again. Real quick service. Super cleaned cars with low mileage. I just took a grand mini van dodge and it’s awesome. They have been one of the best auto rental company in the states

It was a moment I really needed a car as mine was in for repair. The process was easy, the app worked well to modify my changes as I needed to extend the rental a couple times. Hailey at the location even gave me a ride to the repair shop upon the return . Highly exceptional customer service!!!!

Staff was friendly and Darrell made the process of getting my rental quick and easy. Will use them again in the future if ever needed.

I needed a rental while my car was being fixed after hitting a deer. I received such great service from Enterprise. Roman was very helpful in getting me into a vehicle that suited my needs and still felt like what I was used to driving. He explained the contract to me and made sure I felt confident before hitting the road. The vehicle was also very clean. Overall, my best experience renting a vehicle!

Enterprise of Peoria has very good service and responsive personnel. the offer good options for rental - I always has a choice of what car to rent. Their process is very streamlined and quick.
They accommodated my request to cancel the last day of my reservation, no issues.
I also faced an issue with the car I rented and had to stop on the road and purchase a fluid to add to the cooling system. They readily responded to my request while I was considering the options, offered me solutions and readily reimbursed the cost.
This office is my go-to when renting cars.

Had to rent a car because ours was in the body shop after an accident. The insurance company tried to put us in a tiny car with a family of four. Once I talked with the insurance company, I worked with Roman to get us into a better family vehicle. Unfortunately, he only had a pickup truck that day. I took the pickup truck but contacted him the next day and he without hesitation told me to come back and pick up one of the SUVs that got returned and was ready for me. Roman made the bad situation a lot better and smooth while having to switch vehicles three times. Thank you Roman, it was much appreciated!

This enterprise with the help of my company that gave me a discount is really great. Their customer service is top notch. Understandably I rent at 5pm which is 1 hour prior to closing on weekdays. The expectation from me at least is some tired faces, but surprisingly everyone there has a great greeting face and was speeding to help you as soon as they can. They went over procedures for renting and even consulted me on what is considered west and tear on their vehicles and what is not what and tear. I like to shout out the following staff at Pioneer Parkway, two of which gave me their business cards which asked but currently have one in my possession: Jordyn Friel, and Daryl I believe is his name and also the trainee William. They are all great staff. I had no problem with each of my rentals now being I’m on my 8th or 9th rental. I am very delighted with their customer service and support and I hope they will all get a raise in their future pay checks. Super awesome staff with getting me the vehicles of my requests every time. Shout out to Ms. Jordyn Friel when she actually knew my name when I came for the 3rd or 4th week in a row. That truly made my day. As she quickly pulled my records up and got me straight to my
Vehicle. Cheers to all of you. Will continue renting from there until I either decide to buy a car, or I decide to go back home.
