Great customer service---I would characterize it as unusual in today's world. Went in to get a watch battery replaced. it was a backup watch that I don't wear very oftern, so didn't remember that I had a lifetime warranty on that watch battery. The gentleman that helped me told me that I had a lifetime warranty---unusual honesty and fairness in today's business world. Great job! That's why I continue to there for all my battery related needs.

I got my key fob shell & battery replaced and the two employees were very helpful. It was also done for a reasonable price; I would have spent more if I had gone to the dealership. Highly recommend!

Bought online and picked up at the local store (got 10% off for that). Chris had the battery ready to go when I got there 15 minutes later. Chris made sure that I got the appropriate core refund and advised me to let him know if I didn’t see it on my card. He also gave me the rebate for my battery and explained what to fill out and then send it in. He gave me a bit of battery maintenance advice before I left. Bottom line, purchase was fast and easy and Chris took good care of me at the store. Excellent shopping experience!

Lawn mower battery I purchased here last summer lost its charge over the winter. Very helpful staff was able to get the charge back at no cost to me. Awesome service and support!!

Very quick & friendly service. I needed a battery for my vehicle's remote & checked online for pricing - $5 to $20. I looked at the fob & could not easily see how to take it apart without "mucking" it up. Batteries Plus had helped me out once before & I was close to their store, so I stopped in, explained my need, handed over the fob. The battery was replaced & I was on my way in about two minutes! Total cost was $10. I'm not sure there was a charge for "labor".

Our Battery died on one of the coldest days ever. I ordered the battery online for a discount and drove to the store. I had my new baby with me and they helped me in the store and gave me a place to sit while they changed my battery. I was in and out of there in 15 mins. The service was outstanding and we will be going back.

Love these guys. I took our car key fobs in and they had the batteries replaced in less than 5 minutes. Took my phone in there when it died thinking it was battery and instead of them selling me a battery they looked at it and figure out it was something with the internal electric system and didn't want to mess with it for fear of voiding any warranty so I took it to the cellular store and got the phone replaced for free. Going to take in my older generation ipod and see if they can do anything with that battery.

I used the online order & pay to get a battery for my ATV. Received an email when it was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, it was fully charged and ready to go. OUTSTANDING. Nice to know some things work as promised.

Always a helpful staff. Their batteries might cost a bit more but will outlast the other battery store in town.

Need a phone repair?? Take it to Batteries Plus. These guys were great. Best price, and very nice staff. My phone was ready within 45 mins after dropping it off. I highly recommend!

I was trying to recycle some batteries, fluorescent tube lights, none of the big box stores were any help. Not only the peoria store answered my phone call , but told me there might be a charge beyond 4, which I was ok with. When I showed up, they were very helpful, and accepted the additional tube light without charge.

I say we need more businesses like this. I pledge to make this first place to check for my battery and bulb needs.

The best service in Peoria for all your battery needs. We came in to replace some FOB batteries and the tech Christian determined the connections had just become loose. He did some handywork and I was on my way. He saved me so much time and money, I wish I had come here sooner! I definitely recommend coming here if you haven't checked it out. Ask for Christian!

They are so nice! We had a phone problem and they kindly researched it and found out the problem fast. Due to other reasons, we decided not to fix it there and they were so nice about it. They put the phone back together and removed the problem, free of charge. We felt bad to not spend any money there, but we highly recommend this place!

The people in the store are great. They answered all my questions. They made sure I had the right battery and it charged properly. Great and very kind people.

I had heard that Batteries Plus had and changed WATCH BATTERIES, so I took three watches in to have the batteries replaced. The clerk quickly changed the batteries and it didn't cost a fortune! Will be bringing my watches there for battery replacement from now on.
