This place is full of so many goodies! They had so many items I loved getting while living in Chicago. I’m so glad they have one here. Great tea, hummus, pita, and so much more. I can’t wait to go back!

Customer service is top notch. The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. There are a lot of Mediterranean spices and food. Also, pretty good collection of dates albeit a bit pricey compared to bigger stores. The store is clean and well lit. The produce selection was good but not as comprehensive as the other nearby ethnic grocery store (not including names but you can find on Google). The meat selection is unfortunately very limited. Parking lot has ample space.

I love this place! There is such a vast variety of Mediterranean items, as well as great produce! Since coming here one time for ingredients to make Moroccan cuisine, I have become a regular and, subsequently, have improved my diet considerably and have expanded my food horizons. No matter what I ask for, they have it in stock, and it's always a very reasonable price.

I drive from Bloomington to get items I need. They always help me by carefully boxing my items for the trip. I have interacted with both wife & husband (owners), both very kind and helpful. They really do care about their customer service.

Went for the first time yesterday. The owner greeted me and showed me around the store. I was very impressed with the quality of the products and the produce was fantastic- had one of the best mangos I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this store. The owners should be really proud of their store and customer service because it's rare to find these days!

This is such an amazing mart with incredible prices. They sell spices for a fraction of the cost from the grocery store. Also, with a good number of those spices, the owner can get you a specific amount of it. The owner is so nice and is incredibly helpful! The cheese and baklava that they sell here are also really good.

Loved this store. Great selection of a spices, pantry items and fresh produce, hummus and olives! Kids always love trying new sweets too. Busy bustling little mart. I felt like I was back in California.

They consistently have the best avocados, and the house-made olive mixes and baba ganoush are fantastic! Lots of legume and grain staples, too!

I can honestly say this is the best specialty food store in the area. It is small but they really pack a lot into the space. What a great variety and good prices. The store is clean and well lit. The best feature was the woman who helped me. Very helpful and knew a lot about the products. What a treasure this place is!

This store is fabulous, and such a great resource to have here in Peoria. In addition to amazing Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Turkish ingredients that are difficult if not impossible to find elsewhere (spices, sauces, olives & pickles, jams and dried fruits, tea and coffee, sausages, and on and on!) they have lovely produce as well, and at better-than-grocery-store prices. I always like to treat myself with some cookies, chocolate, or baklava too! The owners and employees are always so helpful and kind. Such a pleasure to shop here!

I love MM! The folks who run the shop are awesome; I always get good advice and some useful guidance every time I chat with them. Their homemade goods are simply amazing: tzatziki sauce, baklava, and pita bread, among others. I feel like shopping here has broadened my horizons with regard to food. We're lucky to have access to such a wonderful store in Peoria. The new location is great.

Great new location! Same excellent service! Freshest produce! Wide variety of teas, spices, & olives. Super competitive price on olive oil & avocado oil. If you need rose water, this is the place for you. Baklava! You need to get the baklava! Always a joyful time. Thank you🙂

A true gem in Peoria! The new location is beautiful with ample parking. We were greeted with friendly and helpful smiles when we arrived and I was truly amazed by the wonderful selection of all sorts of items that I have not seen since I lived near Chicago. We will be returning and are very happy to have this wonderful locally owned store in our area! The people of Peoria are really lucky to have a place like this here!

The service is excellent, warm, and friendly. A family-run business with some of the best, freshest food & produce in the entire area, great place to shop regularly. Reasonable prices, amazing Mediterranean food. People who go here become more than just shoppers - friends! Their food is fresh and they work long hours to provide for their family. The tomatoes taste like they came from my grandma's garden. Very honest, generous, and good people. One of my favorite places to be - so diverse, accepting, and cool!

This is an excellent store with a great variety of halal meats. They have excellent refrigeration and handle the products professionally. It is a very clean store. They have been operating for many years and I've only heard good things about this store from all my friends and family. This is the best and safest place in Peoria to buy halal meat for your family.
