Extremely helpful. Missed the gentleman's name that helped us. The wife has a medical device that needs paired with her phone. Got a new phone 2 weeks ago, a Bloomington verizon, and they could not get her device to pair. Verizon on Pioneer Parkway got it. The gentleman was very patient and spent over 2 hours to fix it.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Sad that their home internet is not available for our zip code. Also sad that you have to pay to have your new phone setup. However, the phone setup was pretty easy.

Easy and relaxed environment. I was in and out with a new iPhone 14, traded mine in and got all my content moved over in like an hour and a bit. Shannon was awesome to deal with and was a super down to earth person. If anyone needs to get a new phone or get on a Verizon plan I know where I’m sending them.

SHANNON is the guy to see! I had an issue and he was able to not only add a line but got me a new phone at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Everyone's situation is different but man he worked his butt off and did EVERYTHING in his power to make it easy smooth and get the best deal possible!! OH YEAH AND MY BILL LOWERED!!

They always "fix" my phone with a smile. I really hae to stop getting it ti the point I can't "fix" it myself

In general, I am not a fan of Verizon. But, they do have good coverage and I have been with them for years. So, when it was time for me to get a new phone, I stopped by the local Verizon store to buy one.

I knew what I wanted and the service representative helped me out without excessive attempts to sell/subscribe me something that I didn't need. So, it was a good experience.

I’m 83 and I wasn’t planning on buying anything. My autistic son broke his phone and I had my husband’s phone (who has dementia). Jerermy was patient and helped transfer son’s number to husband’s. He was pleasant the whole time and I want to thank him.

Took my phone in with a problem.... although it looked busy, I only had 1 person ahead of me and my wait was no more than 3 minutes. The salesman that assisted me was Pat, and although he couldn't "fix" the problem, he was able to offer me a very reasonable option which eliminated me needing to do a costly upgrade. Should note I just completed my 2 yr contact last month, my phone is now paid for and I didn't have insurance on it. Very knowledgeable, friendly and over and beyond helpful.

Josh, this one’s a shoutout to you. Thanks a lot for your help with the phone and the sim. Verizon got some good employee right there. To get back to me after finding a phone for someone whose just moved to the country, it felt very welcoming. I hope you get the promotion you deserve. If I knew this is the treatment they are giving in verizon I would have dropped in much earlier. Thanks for everything!!

I always go to the Verizon store on Pioneer Pkwy because they have always been able to help me. They get me the best deals and are friendly doing it. Doesn't matter who waits on me, I always walk out of there satisfied.

Jeremy was extremely patient in helping us get a new phone and ordering a new phone. Also with picking out new accessories and the explanation of the charges. This is why I gave him 5 stars.

Oh my goodness, the moment I walked in I felt important!! Kelsey was with me every question, concern and extra advice to my personal needs. And believe me when I say she had patience with my care. She explained my curiosity of Google home speakers and I am.happy say.. I love them!!!
The store had a great Atmosphere, clean, professional and other associates were very intuned with their customers needs also..
It was the first time I visited this particularly store and will be returning to make it my home Verizon store. ( Pioneer pkwy/Peoria)

This place is great. Every time I have been there, the sales people have always been super helpful. I have never left there that my issue was not resolved. No matter what the issue, they always take the time to explain until I understand. I highly recommend this location.

This was the most pleasant cell phone encounter I've ever had, and the fastest. Jerry is a rock star and got me fixed up in record time.

This place has changed tremendously in the past 2 years. I've come here for many moons and they have raised the bar on customer service. Managers are willing and helpful--staff is courteous and honest. Overall a wonderful experience for my family.

I NEVER will say very knowledgeable staff. i called this morning at 9am and was on hold for 32 minutes. I also asked them to NOT e-mail my bill but to mail it, so I can review charges. They will not. Not a good carrier for older people on a fixed income.

Had a screen protector put on my phone. I'm going to trust the person when he said all the lines and streaks will go away. They've always been great at customer service.

The staff is knowledgeable. We usually work with Zach. He is very patient, very kind and not pushy. I would recommend this store to friends.

Always excellent customer service, very helpful staff. If your looking to get a new phone or update ur plan, DO NOT go to the many franchises around in this area ONLY go to the corporate store like this one. Franchise staff don't have the right knowledge and will lead to problems.
