I’ve had a great experience in my 3 years insuring with this agency. Everyone I’ve gotten help from has been very efficient and polite. Yolanda is one of the staff that comes to mind. She makes sure what you need is taken care of immediately. Great office.

Even if you have cheap bare-minimum liability-only coverage for your old car, you DON'T have to settle for a cheap bare minimum insurance company! State Farm beat the rates of my old "simple" insurance coverage AND I added a substantial policy for renters insurance.... State Farm was still way cheaper, even with my renter's policy! I was floored! Jamesetta took the time to explain all of my options with a smile. She was fun but professional. I felt very comfortable chatting with her and felt like I was a friend that she was truly trying to help.
Today, I called to upgrade my 2005 liability-only car to a nearly brand new Jeep. Yolanda is the rep that received my call. She walked me through all of my options and knew all of the answers to my questions. She ended up finding a combination discount to give me the coverage I wanted and in the price range I could afford. She stopped and did a "victory dance" with me, saying, "Go Yolanda, Go Yolanda! State Farm, Go Yolanda!" It made me laugh and I felt like she truly made it her mission to find the BEST rates for me! These things matter ..... Call them. You won't be disappointed. :)

Even before we hit a deer on the Hwy last week which totaled our car - the team at this office are just that - a team. Very thorough and personal and so easy to work with. .
