Great place to stop for furniture. 2nd time we've bought something for our home. Like others say no pressure from the staff you look around "yourself". Love that. We had great help were looking for a buffet cabinet but didn't see the perfect one. They helped us even order off their system right there in the store. Came in 2 weeks. Quality cabinet... its so heavy. I definitely recommend going there.

I LOVE these Guys!! The classy rustic entertainment stand with tall bilateral shelves are the staple of our home. Walk in and you are welcomed by a beautiful piece of dark wood and glass that lovingly organizes our memories. The sales team is so nice, they gave me great ideas and support on multiple occasions. They deliver quality and satisfaction. I will be back!

Great people, helpful instead of pushy, let you browse unassisted if that's what you are looking for and cheaper than an Ashley Homestore. Seems like really nice furniture. Haven't received it yet to see the quality.

These people are excellent to deal with. They are a model of customer service for other people to follow. My parents needed a part for a lift chair they bought a couple years. They were able to quickly find the part quickly. They could have charged me for it and I wouldn’t have known the difference. However they covered it under warranty. I really appreciate them going above and beyond and they will definitely get any future business I have.

Hands down the best experience I have had buying furniture. They allowed me to browse without being followed around the store. However, they were readily available to answer my million questions. I am very pleased with the quality of my furniture as well as the prompt delivery.

After searching for a loveseat in Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, I finally thought to check out this store in Holland. So glad I did. I didn't want to order something on line and then be disappointed. They had the item I wanted so I could actually look it over and sit in it. The salesman, Mark Andrews was pleasant and professional, not pushy. And the gentleman at the warehouse had it ready for us at the door when we got there to pick it up. All in all a great shopping experience

We have had nothing but a pleasant experience here. Bought an L-shaped sectional this past September and just stopped in today to purchase a new bed / headboard.
Both times we gave clear expectations and limitations; which were respected. They were not pushy and did not try to sell us something out of our price range. We appreciate the entire staff and their expertise. We will be returning for all of our furniture needs.

Of all the furniture stores in West Michigan this is the only one I've ever been to where the sales people aren't overly pushy. They're knowledgeable if you have questions but they let you have so space and just look around. I've bought multiple items from them over the years. The prices are great and the quality of the items is good.

My wife and I spent the better part of two weekends looking for a bedroom set that had very specific criteria (hardwood, sturdy, storage, and 24" or 26" nightstands). We went all over Grand Rapids, Holland, and Grand Haven. This store wasn't even on our radar, but while leaving another store we saw the sign for The FMW and popped in. Abby greeted us immediately and offered a helping hand if we needed. There was no pressure, no typical sales gimmicks, and no wasted time.

After countless wasted hours, the perfect bedroom set was right there on the showroom floor. Went and found Abby, and 20 minutes later we were out of there with the bedroom set purchased. About 10 days later, the team arrived at my home (in the POURING RAIN!) to deliver and assemble the bedroom. The team was professional but also laid back and courteous. They worked with me on placing the furniture exactly where and how I wanted, and even put my mattress on. They took the time to make sure the electric was hooked up and that the built in touch lights worked as intended.

I couldn't be happier with our purchase and can't recommend The FMW or Abby any higher. Thanks for a job well done. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but these guys really got the job done from start to finish.

Great selection and prices! just purchased a sectional from here, and plan on coming back for future furniture purchases. I really appreciate that they "let you breathe" while shopping. I'm personally not a fan of being followed around by a salesperson breathing down your back. No pressure here! The owner is very knowledgable and seems honest. The delivery gentleman did a great job as well.
