Called 3 different banks and the amazing staff at Incredible made me feel right at home and like I was in good hands. Flagstar and Superior National Bank are top tier trash banks and I would never consider them knowing Incredible Bank is available. Save yourself the headache

Their staff, especially Kari, Kyle, Anne, and Jodi, live up to this friendly bank's name. As a retired senior on a fixed income, their helpfulness has saved me annoying fees many other banks would charge me for services I need. Equally impressive are how this bank's owner shares their fresh farmed produce with customers and provides fresh coffee and treats in their lobbies.

Only ever had a great expirence here. From switching from a bank that had constant issues with counting money to never having a single issue with incredible. Every staff has been incredibly helpful. Jodie even helped me get the credit card set up while I was away at college. The best part is after you open an account they personally send you a hand written letter thanking you, and to let you know they will always be there to help.

I have been with this bank for most of my life, through all the name changes. I enjoy going into the bank even if I could do things on my phone or the drive thru. They greet me by name, often open the door and are just very friendly ALL the time. I've had checking accounts, savings accounts, loans and credit cards and they have always been patient, kind and helpful with any questions I may have.

I love this bank I've been with them 7 years before they were incredible they were river valley . they are the best bank around you that's a guarantee

Have my home loan through them, John Rasinowich was the one helping me through the process. As a first-time homebuyer they were not afraid of questions and always gave me an answer. If they didn't know for sure, they found out and got back to me.

I really like using this app it's very easy to use I like how I can move stuff around on the main page it makes it more convenient for me then there's the different setting of how you wanna make it look great app

Incredible Bank is good

I wanted to buy a house in town. The loan officer (John Rasinowich?) basically told me "Just because you are an honorably discharged military veteran and already own one home and have lived as an independent, working, car-owning, car-driving adult from age 19 to age 46 all without borrowing a cent from anyone, doesn't mean you are a responsible person."

I guess he was informing me of the reality of credit ratings in the banking industry, but I think he could have phrased it a little more tactfully. He literally said "...doesn't mean you are a responsible person" and suggested I get my DADDY to co-sign the loan! Cripes, at age 46! And I already had an HSA account at the bank for 2 years at that point. Thanks for nothing!

ive been with this bank since it came to houghton. i applied for a loan to payoff my high interest credit cards, with a credit score over 7 hundred i was denied. i went to a web site and had a loan in twenty minutes. you should review your procedures.. doug

Slow, inept and unprofessional! Nearly 3 mos. for them trying to figure out a small refi on a vacation home. Through the ordeal they couldn't find and/or understand information I sent to them. Had to resend and explain and re-explain things to them multiple times. Had to sign, re-sign and re-sign again nearly all documents. Constantly changing their story on how things would work and what they needed, in the end, after they came up with excuses why they couldn't give me the small amount I wanted they finally just lied about it... a complete waste of time and effort! STAY AWAY!!!

Jodi is an absolute nightmare to work with over the phone. She does not listen. Period. End of story. Her best quality is talking over you the whole phone call.
