Royal Inn Salt Lake City Airport

This place is great! The rooms are clean, well-outfitted, and have obviously been remodeled recently. But what I really appreciated was the fact that the staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy, which is extremely rare today. If I could go back and stay here again, I would do so without hesitation.

Good hotel for this money . Room was clean, good bed, for me works .

It lacks cleaning, the carpet and curtains were dirty and they charged me more than what I reserved for the application.

Don't expect a shuttle from the airport. It is inoperative, which is not disclosed upon making a reservation. So add 20 or 30 percent to the bill to get a taxi to this location. And there are no vending machines, despite the signs in the halls that indicate otherwise.

Walking in you're greeted by a sign stating they don't want you to have guests. Then you go check out the nice looking indoor pool to be greeted by a sign stating it's "closed for the season." AC makes a scratchy inconsistent noise so if you're a light sleeper this is going to keep you restless. Poorly lit room

Does not allow guests at all period!!! Pool is also closed. The # of people you put down for booking is the maximum of the people you can have in your room at any time. “You can visit with your family out in the lobby” said the front desk very rudely. My wife couldn’t even come with me to the room when she got in early, absolutely absurd! Front desk is rude and very and accommodating. Denied me a ride to the airport because I had not scheduled a ride despite the driver already going there. Stay far away from this place.

It might be cheap, but it's not worth it. The rooms are not secure and any renovations that have been done are shoddy and don't address some major issues like holes in the walls and doors. The one good thing I can say is that the bed was clean, but without a solid door it hardly matters. If you are looking for a place to stay for less than 60 per night, you might be safer staying in your car.

To start off landing in salt lake calling the hotel the gentleman who answered did not speak hardly any English. Nor would he speak up until he was yelling on the other side of the phone. The rooms are outdated and the beds are hard as rocks. The breakfast offered to customers was bread, one type of jelly. Waffles with no syrup. And cereal with no milk. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. this place is the worst place on gods green earth. Insects all over the place, extremely long wait to check in and they give you one key. Rude staff, amenities closed without disclosure. Now you can kinda paint the picture of the kind of people who own this hotel, same typical people who buy up ran down super 8s or other motels slap some dumb name on the building and paint the walls and then they run it into the ground under an LLC make all the money they can and send it back to India and then when it’s all done, file bankruptcy and ditch the place and have the American people pick up the tab. DO NOT SUPPORT a “business” such as this one. So dirty and smelly had to book another hotel and take the hit. You get what you pay for and it’s total dog****
