I have met three Beautiful Ladies from SaLon Sage who are passionate about their work. They are very charismatic, fun, and in tune with prospects regardless of the atmosphere. They are driven and dedicated to acquiring and making new advances toward recruitment and lifestyle changes. Beautiful ladies.

I'm an Asian dude with thick coarse uncooperative hair. I've had a really difficult time finding a hair stylist that understands this. As result for the past 7 years I have resorted to shaving my head every few days. I decided to change things up a bit. I'm new to Tri-Cities and decided to give Salon Sage a try. I was very lucky to be paired up with Michal Baysinger. I found her to be professional and curteous. She immediately understood the challenges that I had with my hair and she worked her magic on it. She has cut my hair three times now. I have gotten repeated compliments from family, friends, and coworkers after each hair cut. I presented to her a difficult and atypical case and she handled it with enthusiasm and care. Michal is quite the beautician and is one of Tri-Cities best kept secrets.

Amy did such a great job! I’ve always gone to the same hairdresser and get skeptical of trying someone new. My hairdresser changed careers, so I tried Amy. I DO NOT regret it. She was attentive and listened to my concerns and treated me with care. Professional the entire time. If you haven’t tried Amy, I highly recommend you do.. You will not regret it!

I’ve gone to Michal twice now and I won’t go to anyone else! She is so fun to talk to and super super sweet. The first time I went to her, she helped me with the big chop. I am glad I trusted her with the task because she is an absolute artist!
She took her time getting my hair just right when I wasn’t even too sure what I was going for. I am also thankful for the moral support from her and the others there! They all hyped me up and made me feel so confident about my new hair.
The salon is also super cute and cozy! I always feel relaxed when I’m there.

This salon definitely earned 5 stars !! Gracie does an amazing job everything and is very consistent. She cares a lot about keeping you hair healthy while getting to the desired results. Scheduling is easy, the salon is clean, and the quality of work is the best. Definitely recommend this salon!

Michal is the best hair stylist I have ever been too. She definitely knows what she’s doing and has given me the best haircuts of my life. Really savvy with a razor!

Maria always slays my hair! I’ve never left Salon Sage disappointed. Conversations great, vibe is great and Maria is always straight up when it comes to telling me the best way to go about getting a certain color with out completely frying my hair off. Maria is my go to girl when it comes to my luscious locks.

My experience was incredible!! Not only was Heather knowledgable in what she was able to do with my over processed box dyed hair, she also made sure that she gave me options on what colors I would be able to put in my hair!! She went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of while in her chair & that I walked out with nothing but the best!! Thank you

Hands down, the best place I've been to for my curly hair. As a curly haired girl, it is really hard to find someone who knows what to do with it. Abby is an artist! People stop me all the time to tell me they love my hair. Always so happy when I get to visit Salon Sage.

Michal is just wonderful.
She is kind, friendly, experienced, confident and really took the time to listen to me to achieve my hair care expectations.
Her hair cutting is precisioned and thoughtful.
As a colorist, I couldn't ask for more! She is truly talented and very conscientious. Not only is her goal to make me happy with the results, but the finished product has to meet her high standards as well!
I have been getting my hair done every 6 weeks for almost a year with consistent, wonderful results!

Where do i start... Ive been here a couple times and each time i felt so extremely comfortable there and all the ladies there are amazing and great to talk too. Amy has done my hair so many times(: it started when she had the dirty laundry salon, she is always amazing it’s always so much more than just coloring my hair, I love catching up every time she does my hair, it’s relaxing and we always have a good time! can’t wait to make the drive to get my hair done!(:

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Amy is a true master stylist and professional. She started with a color correction in March 2020 and every visit has been artwork. I love the color, the blending and how it still looks natural. Her expertise and advice on color and what works well and does not is spot on. OH and the compliments that I have received on my hair range from "fabulous to amazing". Amy is great at her craft. I am so delighted to go in for my hair color and see the magic that comes from Salon Sage and Amy.

Michal Baysinger is an absolute genius. She helped save me after the worst haircut of my life. If she can fix a bad haircut, I’m sure she can do amazing things for you and your hair. Highly recommend her. She was super friendly and caring and listened to all of my concerns. Thank you, Michal!

My daughter and I LOVE Amy and are amazed at how good we feel after our haircuts! My daughter had her hair done by Gracie and I had mine done by Amy. Both turned out amazing and we both love how we feel after. I told Amy what I wanted and that is what I got. I love my hair and it has always been long. I never get my hair cut because every stylist I have been to chops my hair off, and I end up hating it. I have finally found someone I can trust with my long hair! I love it! Thank you Amy!
