State Farm has been the best insurance experience I have had in many many years. Laurel has been amazing to deal with. She answers all of my questions quickly and effectively. Even through some difficult issues, Laurel has assured me she is on top of it and quickly addressed it. Highly recommend!!

Doug Guerrette State Farm office goes so far and above and beyond everytime I call their office. Its always a pleasure when I speak with Louise and Tish who ALWAYS take care of any questions or issues I have. Trust me when I say this is not always the process for every State Farm office.We live in Maine part of the year and Texas the other part. We've been through multiple SF agents in Texas because customer service is far from top priority for them.

Parking lot is big enough to find parking easily. Building is very clean an well taken care of. Inside was very clean an smelt nice. Lady is set appt up with was expecting us so she was ready when we got there. She had already prepared papers for us. Answered all our questions, explained everything to us an even offered other ideas for us. In about an hour we were signed up for auto insurance an left with an plan for our homeowners an possibly life insurance. Great visit. Wish I had done it sooner!

Every time I call the Doug Guerrette Agency I am greeted by a friendly and helpful person. I have been a State Farm customer since 1978 and I have no intentions of changing agents.
