I am in love with the customer service I always receive from the staff at this location. The employee who helped me went WAY above and beyond for me, and I am grateful for the level of service I received regarding my pro points I was trying to redeem. In order to resolve my issues she spent 30 minutes on the phone getting everything worked out and I left a very happy lady!! Best game stop around!! Shop here with confidence and know you will get great customer service!! I'm convinced the staff love questions, so go hit me with the best ones you have and you'll see what I'm talking about!!

Really good price on their games and the cashier was very helpful on helping us find what we needed.

It is very pleasant to visit this store! The people there are some of the most kind and helpful people I have came across. My son collects Pokemon cards and when we visit they will ask him questions and go out of their way to help him get what he is looking for. I do not visit many other Gamestop locations and I am sure they are great, however I will always shop at the Arnold location because of their thoughtfulness!

My son comes in all the time. He has asperger autism and ALL the staff is always kind and patient with him. Great people here

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRETT!!! Went in looking for a xbox 360 and was informed they no longer carry that console. Brett gave me a business card for a place that repairs them, but after talking to him for a few minutes and explaining what I was looking for he helped me find something similar along with other options. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth going to if you're in the market for any type of gaming device.

Staff here are friendly and competent. This location can be busy at times and I've never had a long wait to checkout.

So I'm changing my review because of the service I've had here from the last couple of months, they have really polite associates that are very knowledgeable and friendly, the store manager is really nice, and knows his games very well, unlike other locations that will argue with you about misinformation they provide. They have been very helpful and made this my main store for collectibles. Honesty is a plus.

Worked with Michael he did a fantastic job. Had both of my kids with me and we were buying a switch and helped us through making it easier for me. He asked my kid what games he is looking for and was real polite

This is my local GameStop. The guy who helped me exchange/upgrade form XBOX 1 to an Xbox X was amazing. Helped me back up to external hard drive wiped old system etc. Just amazing job and great customer service!
