Clean wonderful atmosphere. Staff are prompt and courteous. They are also willing to alter menu items to accommodate inidividual taste. As a plus they sell Moxie!!! They also have a kid's room for children to play so definitely a family friendly restaurant. Food came out quickly, hot and fresh full of flavore. Fried dill pickles and munchers are divine. Calzone was great and my wife loved her sausage and meatball sub. Fries were hot and fresh.

Love this place. Extremely well priced food. Great employees. Will definitely be going back!

Hands down easily the best pizza in the area

I called ahead to have 3 pizzas ready for 5pm for the fireworks crew for Hampden Children's Day. Excellent service, even better pizza! Great sauce, cooked to perfection. Definitely will be going back

They have some of the best pizza around, the flavor of the dough, the sauce, etc. They also have the best woopie pie around, no question! Paul and his family are friendly and good owners, and even though we've live in Hermon for the past 15 years, we still make it over to Pizza Gourmet for good grub!

Matter of fact, I'll be over today to get a couple sandwiches for lunch. Keep up the good work folks!

Best pizza I’ve had in Penobscot County without a doubt, a slight step above Jason’s (my second favorite in the area). I was incredibly impressed with the overall taste. Sweet, tasteful sauce and dough. Solid and fresh toppings as well.

Best pizza anywhere near Bangor.

My five stars have to do with the pizza, not so much the ambience of the restaurant (very dated, not a comfortable atmosphere). Being from NY I'm very picky about pizza and this place doesn't disappoint! One of the best pizzas I've had in the area. The dough is airy and a little sweet, the sauce is nice and they don't pile the cheese on too much. Would highly recommend any combo pizza!

Hands down the best pizza around. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient and the food is always top quality. There is not a bad choice on the menu and the prices are fair. The whole expierience is great and you know you will back.

Pizza gourmet has the absolute best pizza by far in this area in Hampden ME. The pizza, sandwiches, soup, salad are wonderful. Make sure the save room for a whoopie pie! They are to die for!! There is a wonderful small play area for the children too. Big plus for families. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

I’ve had pizza from everywhere in the Belfast to milo area and more places then that BUT. Hands. Down one of the best flavorful and delicious pizzas I’ve had in years .... just wished they had whoopi pies today my pregnant self was reading all the reviews and I wanted to try one NEX TIME THO🙂

My husband who has worked in kitchen's for almost 30 years says its the cleanest one he's ever seen! And the food is amazing! Right across from Irving on Main Street in Hampden! If you haven't tried it you should!

For me there is no better place to eat pizza in or to take home with you. My wife and I have lived here a little more than a year now. Have tried a couple other places in the area. But pizza gourmet is the Best hands down. And the help is fantastic too. Go and enjoy.

We had a fun mini family reunion and the food was great as always. Our grandson loves the playroom. Thank you guys for service above and beyond the call of duty today.

The food is amazing, the service is fast, its alittle more pricey than some other places around, but the foods worth it

Had it cut in squares because it tastes better and it did.
Would go back tomorrow
