Super nice municipal recreation area. There is a water fall up stream of the rec area that you should explore. Swimming in the stream of wonderful in the early season. Late in the summer the stream becomes stagnant and more weedy.

Beautiful scenery. You can right down to the water, from the parking area...and see landscape of the stream, and the water flowing down, is so soothing!

One of my favorite places to take my daughter any time of the year. It's well maintained and has trash and a restroom. The parking area is a bit small, but I've never seen it full.

Quiet area with a great swimming hole in the summer and some swift moving water in the fall. There are some picnic benches near the water. There's a butterfly/bee garden there as well.
