Excellent fresh food and creative menu items from an outstanding chef!
Fantastic drinks and love Martini Monday and the Lemoncello. Happy hour food specials are inexpensive for spectacular dishes.
All wait staff are outstanding and go above and beyond to serve their customers.
Upscale atmosphere. Great for dates or girls night out.
A must try for anyone in the area.

Highly recommend Vast!! We ate here this past Friday and really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. We had the Halibut special and it was flown in fresh,it was sooo good. The mashed potatoes were perfect too. Loved the drinks and desserts and our server Celsea was very good!!!

This place is amazing! The food and service excellent. My husband and I will be visiting more often! Don’t forget to order the mussels if you like seafood!

Delicious dinner, I had the shrimp, my husband had the meatloaf; our server, Joe, was fantastic; cocktails were superb; ambience was very enjoyable. The owner was on deck, letting us know out food was coming around soon. A first rate experience, definitely a place to go for date night!

Accommodated our party of ten with two kids without a problem. Friendly staff, quiet environment and the food was good.

everything about this place was great. food was awesome wife got the Balsamic chicken. she loved it. I got a NY Strip steak medium rare perfectly cooked, the zip Sauce here i said I wanted to take it home and bath in it..... the staff was attentive and friendly. The manager was friendly cant wait to go back and try something else.

The service is super and food is super yummy! Best crab cakes and NE chowder I have ever had at a restaurant and I used to live in Boston so that's saying a lot!!! Upscale presentation and flavors at a reasonable price. Yummy drinks also! I can't wat to go back.

We LOVE this place. It is our Friday night go to. We have never had a bad meal, and in fact Vast has become our favorite restaurant. Tonight we had the Beef Wellington and the Cajun Chicken Linguine and it was all outstanding. Already looking forward to next Friday!

Finally found an awesome salad at a restaurant. The Southwest blackened chicken salad was perfection.. from fresh greens to perfectly paired ingredients and flawless grilled chicken.. I'm in love.. love the roasted brussel sprouts too 😀

We had a great experience! My boyfriend and I had a 7:30 reservation for us and our 1 year old. The staff was great and extremely accommodating towards our child. The food was wonderful and came to the table fast. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back.

Our management team had a very nice lunch here. The service was pleasant and attentive. Food was prepared well, and quite tasty. Chicken wings app was crispy, tender, with just a touch of sweet. Mediterranean quinoa bowl was delicious.

Dinner was good, especially with the extra attention from my first call for reservations. I spoke to Sally, who assured me that they could accommodate my " gluten free" guest. Sally after asking said she was an owner, but I didn't assume anything, regarding their menu. I went there tonight, 3 people in all at 4:00. I was met with an attentive staff that were already aware of my requests from my early call. We were escorted to a booth, which I had requested, and we're met with an attractive young lady, Jenni, who was all about keeping us happy. From there, we had the pleasure of meeting Jason ( I hope that I remembered his name right) the chef, who explained all about their gluten free menu, and how it was prepared to my guest ( who was sick and tired of a promised gluten free menu that wasn't elsewhere) From there came Jenni, a cute, bubbly waitress who made our dinner a continuous exciting experience. Enough, just understand that I never do this, a review, because there's never a reason too. All way great. I will be back and welcome them to Shelby Township, where they are more than needed! So thanks to all concerned and Jenni, keep up the darling southern accent, a warm additional plus. Thanks to all concerned. Mike Meganck

I have been here several times and each experience was positive. From date night to a large group they have done a great job. It should be much busier than it is (I've never had to wait for a table, even on Saturday night!). Beer selection is good and Happy Hour apps are great. Try the crispy brussel sprouts!

I was looking for a place with a nice wine list and good food and atmosphere and we found it. Our server Rosie was great! Her helper Roland never let our water glasses become empty. The food was amazing.We all had something different Salmon ,crab cakes, lamb chops, veggie burger and ceasar salad all tasted good.Will definitely be back.

Love this place! Everything here is top notch! From the food to the cocktails to the service! Joe was our server he was outstanding. At his suggestion my husband got the filet, it was cooked at a perfect medium! We will be back for more!

Been here several times, this time with two other couples, we had drinks, appetizers and entrées. The mixed drinks and beers were great, our appetizers were amazing. The entrées were all cooked properly, and delicious. The entrées ranged from burgers, filets, crab cakes, and a pasta dish, all great. Our waitress was wonderfull, very attentive, personable and knew the menu very well. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed the fresh food menu selections. A lot of gluten free selections, as well. Service was just as excellent as our dishes. Creative cocktail menu - infused Gin and bourbons! Will be back!!

The service was excellent and I very much enjoyed the two "Effing Gimlets" I had. We didn't eat, but the food we saw being carried to other tables looked delicious. We were given complementary "Donut Holes," and those are worth coming back for all by themselves.

I'm a big critic when it comes to new restaurants however, Vast exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The Cowboy Ribeye was delicious and full of flavor. The service with regards to "attention to detail" made my experience at Vast even better. You have my Vote!

Kind of pricey on some things, but excellent steaks! We also had their hummus and pita chips, and again, excellent! It was our first time here, but we will be back again!! They also have wine and a bar for other drinks.
