Such a cool place for delicious cheese!

John And Anne create some amazing cheese. Hard work, skill, and love are the secret ingredients that make their cheese so good. I documented a day in their life years ago, and the day starts very early and the hard work never seems to end. They were pleasantly lost in their work. I was impressed by their focus and almost cheerful approach to the work at hand. I never knew cheese could taste so good. I'm not sure the would consider themselves as artists, but trust me, they are. So if you find yourself in the Leelanau area, you must try their cheese. Cheers

Stop every year on our annual trip. We love the black truffle cheese. Found out they do ship and also will put together a gift basket.

The best! If you haven't tried Raclette, you're missing out! These guys put their hearts and soul into this cheese and you can taste the love they have for producing amazing cheese!

My partner and I stopped in to peruse their offerings and wound up having a delightful conversation with the gentleman working at the time. We bought several cheeses for a sunset picnic on a nearby dune and all of them were delicious. Highly recommend this shop for both its selection and the wonderful staff.

Almost passed it but turned around to go back - friendly staff they let us taste the different cheeses. .. yummy

Very nice small cheese maker. They've been winning World Cheese awards with some of their products, and it shows.

Great local cheese shop; everyone working there are very friendly. You can watch them making the cheese. Cheese was fabulous.

We always visit this shop when traveling down to Greenville! They are known for their cheeses, but we always buy their freshly churned butter. It is so much better than store bought brands. They also have a selection of baked goods that are available as well as some other nick knacks.

Really nice quality and really delicious cheese.

Loved our visit and took a bunch of pictures. I had never seen cheese being made...fascinating! The new owner/operators are young, friendly and enthusiastic about making great cheeses. Stop in and support a really great small business!

We stopped by on the way home from a camping trip and loved our experience there! Firstly, the cheese is delicious. We love the Raclette, but especially enjoyed the garlic Fromage Blanc (it didn't even make it to the car- we immediately ate it all). Secondly, the new owners are incredible! They took the time to explain the cheese making process to our kids, answer our questions, and provide an educational experience as well as a tasty one. Very kind, passionate people. Will definitely add a stop here anytime we're in Northern Michigan.

Gary, one of the cheesemakers and owners, was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain more about the process and their passion for making the cheese. My favorite was the aged Raclette. They even offer classes - check them out!

Been eating their cheese for a while, recent move resulted in much easier access. All their raclettes are very good, the one with black truffles is ridiculously good

Wonderful tasting cheese and the staff is great! They love sharing their love of cheese. No trip to the Leelanau area is complete without stopping by and getting some amazing reclette cheese. The peppercorn soft cheese is also wonderful.

Great little cheese shop. Not a large variety. They specialize in Raclette which is a type of Swiss Cheese. They have a mild and an aged variety, and then they have some various flavored varieties of the mild. You can watch them process cheese through a window. The store attendant was very friendly and helpful. They also had a large variety of crackers and spreads as well as other snacks and condiments that go well with cheese. The shop also sells a variety of cheese toasters as this is a typical way to serve this variety of cheese.

They also have homemade ice cream in a variety of flavors and served in small pint containers.

The grounds around the shop are beautiful as well. Be aware they do not have a public restroom.

Always wonderful service, great product and something new. We LOVE their cheeses. Never disappointed in over 20 years!!

Let’s get started by saying the cheese is AMAZING! But the staff is supper friendly and always willing to answer any questions. We stopped in just to check it out and we were not disappointed at all. When your in the area be sure to stop by!!!

We have always enjoyed their raclette - to the point of special trips to the TC area for their cheese. Excellent service as well. I emailed the owners with a question and immediately received a response. We can't wait for our next wheel!
