Buying my suv from the Preferred Ford dealership in Grand Haven was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was very friendly and helped me find the perfect vehicle. I never felt as if they were just trying to make a sale. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Really great group of people. Cal, my salesman was amazing. Very informed and if he did not know something, he would find out. Preferred ford has been very good to me. I have purchased vehicles from them in the last 5 years and all of them have been great. For those of you that are on the fence with electric, I purchase the mach e and recently the lightning and love them.

They were able to get our expedition in the same day we dropped it off. We were in need of a transmission diagnosis and they found the problem within hours. The parts came in sooner than expected and our vehicle was fixed a day sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend preferred. Ben did a great job communicating with us every step of the way.

Phenomenal!! The service manager Tracy, has completely turned the service department around. She went above and beyond and gave me peace of mind. The techs were professional, thorough and treated me with respect. Thank you Preferred Ford! If my truck needs service or an upgrade, I’ll be back!

I have been a loyal Ford customer for years and Cal Bowers blew me out of the water with his service and approach when I was buying me new F250. He was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience incredibly easy. I honestly have not dealt with a sales man of that caliber before. Most importantly he understood my needs and was very down to earth explaining the new truck to me. I had been to multiple dealerships looking at super duties and Cal’s service made me buy the vehicle from him. 5 stars for Cal!

Car manufacturers ridiculous idea to use plant based materials on their vehicles led me to the service team at preferred ford which did an excellent job at making this aggravating experience and smooth as possible. Great communication and clean work on the truck. To the idiot who came up with the idea for the plant based materials, you wasted your time in school to make newer vehicles that much more unreliable.

Preferred Ford is absolutely amazing! They helped me get into a new truck when I couldn’t find any deals anywhere else. They got the payments with in my budget! They worked hard to get me into this truck even with me not being in the same state! Highly recommend this dealership! They will work with you to get into a new vehicle and make it work for you from all angles.

Bought a custom built bronco with Cal. He was a great help. All employees at the dealership were courteous and knowledgeable. My car took awhile to get in because of the shutdown, but David P was able to contact them and get my vehicle sooner.

Personnel were courteous. Vehicle service performed was in a timely manner. Provided communication of vehicle diagnoses, estimated costs, customer approval to proceed with repairs, updated status, and when vehicle was ready for pick up.

So far the experience has been great, I bought my 2018 f250 there. It needs to go in for a couple little repairs. These were known much before I purchased it as they were waiting on parts. I worked with Chris swan and he was great. Everybody on the preferred team did a phenomenal job.
The finance manager was a little pushy but overall not a bad experience.
The only thing that could have made it better is if my vehicle would have had a full tank of gas, I have purchased many cars from dealerships and most of the time they fill them up for you.
I will update if anything changes but so far everything has been great.

I had a bit of a rough go at first, but Preferred worked with me until they made it right. I originally bought a used car off the lot and the check engine light came on a few days later. For the next 3 months, preferred kept me in a loaner vehicle while they tried and tried and tried to fix the vehicle I purchased from them. In the end, they bought it back from me, and sold me a different car which I love even more than the first one.

The Ford dealership has taken very good care of my vehicles and always provides a free loaner when repairs are needed. (Perk of the warranty). Highly recommend this dealership.

Every time I go to Preferred Ford, whether it’s for a new vehicle or simply an oil change, I receive the best customer service. This past Friday, the crew in the Service Center were awesome and took great care of me and my Ranger. Shout out to Ben, Bri, and Anthony! Thank you! 😊

I had an issue with a portion of my navigation system not responding. Preferred Ford reset the system and updated it. After the reset the issue could not be reproduced and appears to be working properly. The Service Advisor/Tech explained what he had done and how he did it. I was pleased with the result and the communication That I had with him. I'm very pleased with how my vehicle was repaired and will recommend Preferred Ford to my family and friends.

Used Great Lakes ford in Muskegon and decided to go back to preferred grand haven for the service and their urgency to complete the job right the first time. Very satisfied and will continue to be a faithful customer

Brought my Edge in for an oil change and tire rotation at Ford which I had an appt for. I waited in their comfortable lounge and had a cup of coffee. Not only was it completed in less than an hour, the service technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and any concerns. I love their 3 oil change packet that contains all the checks and more.

They got us out new Bronco that we love. Working with Tee is great, he’s a super cool guy.
