Under new management so decided to give them a try so I can support a local Coopersville business. From the moment I entered the building I felt welcomed but not pressured. The used Explorer I was interested was buried by a snowfall from earlier in the day but the staff eagerly spent 30 minutes digging the car out for me. After some typical negotiation an offer was agreed to with an understanding the dealership would take care of a few minor open recall issues. The following day I inspected the vehicle and confirmed the repairs were completed but also noticed new rear brakes, new tires, an oil change, a new air filter and a full tank of gas! All of this was done after the agreed purchase price was finalized and that’s just fantastic customer service. Thank you Chris Baker and the entire team at Baker Chevrolet of Coopersville.
