I wanted to thank Jaylyn for going above and beyond today. Have always had tremendous service at this location. Thank you.

I want to acknowledge the young lady (unfortunately I never asked her name) at the checkout counter .

This young lady saw how distressed and that I had no idea what I was doing.
She took the time to ask me questions and helped me realize I was getting scammed from people claiming to be Consumers.

I never thought I would fall for this but they had all the right answers to my questions.

Thank goodness for this young lady she saved me from losing $280.00 and reminded me to always confirm who is calling.

It reaffirmed that there are good and caring people.
I’m happy I was lucky to encounter one today at Walgreens

The pharmacy staff is amazing!! I spent a week trying to find a place that could get my sons medication in and was given the run around as it is a very specific medicine. And this pharmacy was the saving grace, it still took me 3 visits to them before everything was straightened out, that was an insurance prior auth issue tho, but the staff was always so nice and helpful and made feel reassured that it would be solved asap!! All in all, my stressful experience was turned into a positive relationship with a pharmacy!!

What a wonderful 👏 experience!! The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly!! She helped with the machine and even told me about current promotions. That saved several dollars 💵. (.39 cents to .10 cents a photo)

In the end ....customer service was excellent 👌 👍.

Shout out to Kim in the photo center! My cards were cutting off the words at the bottom and she called me so I could fix it. I really appreciate her letting me know so I didn't get there and feel disappointed. I was able to fix it and the cards look lovely! Thank you Kim!

Love that they take care of everybody equally and that it’s not just a bunch of old white people working there, like many places in Grand Haven.

I just moved to Grand Haven from Holland and they have made the experience of moving our prescriptions easy. The staff is always friendly and polite.

Very convenient and they have a lot of things I need.
