Starbucks

I love this Starbucks. You get a good drink every time you come. Even if you have to wait a couple minutes it's worth the wait because you know that they're making your drink the right way. After having so many incidences that other coffee shops where they don't know what they're doing it's so nice to go into Starbucks knowing anything I order at this facility I'm going to enjoy.

Recently I ordered the new I think it's called The thin mint mocha oh my goodness it's absolutely delicious. First let me State I don't like chocolate in my coffee. So when I went to order this drink I told the barista that I would prefer to switch out the mocha for white chocolate. And then she informed me that they don't use any chocolate flavoring it's actually white chocolate flavoring they use and then they add chocolate sauce. So if you're somebody that does not prefer chocolate in your coffee and you prefer white chocolate you should still get this a drink it's delicious.

The staff is always very very friendly I always feel welcome a lot of places in Grand Haven I think they're stuck-up and they're rude but when I go in here they don't act like that. Kudos to the whole entire staff at Starbucks in Grand Haven.

I just have one small suggestion to make, one time I was working in Grand Haven, I drive around for my job because I clean houses, I needed charger for my phone. I only had about seven bucks on me and I want into Starbucks to see if they had any chargers because then I would order a coffee and sit let my phone charge. But y'all didn't have any which I figured anyways but I thought it was worth a shot. I think you guys should keep a couple community chargers underneath your counter and maybe have them for people that need to charge their devices. Maybe you should have a charging station in the coffee shop and then people would come in there and charge their phones and then they would order something while they're waiting. I know that I would have done that for sure so just the thought.

It was my daughter's birthday. I stopped for a coffee and a birthday pop. They gave us 2 birthday pops for free for her 12th birthday. I didn't expect it. She was so nice and it made my daughter's day.

They were very busy, but I got my Cafe Mocha very quickly. I was impressed.

these people are so caring and kind and understanding I went here on one of the worst days of my life to only be treated with kindness understanding and respect big shout out to the team even bigger shout out to Roe you have no idea how much your kindness meant to me

I was on my way to work and ordered a latte through the app. I arrived and they asked me what drink I was waiting for and I showed them my receipt and what drink I ordered. Come to realize, I ordered the drink at the wrong location! I already paid for it and would have been late for work if I went to pick it up at the other location. They still made it for me! It was such a relief and nice of them to do! I appreciated it more than I’m sure they realized.

Stopped in this morning after work ordered an iced coffee with 4 pumps white mocha, sweet cream, classic and no ice. Got to the window and asked if they hadn't made it yet if i could actually get it without the classic. They informed me they had already made it, but would be more than happy to remake it. I insisted that it was fine Id just have the one that was made. But they insisted on remaking it and went ahead and did it anyways. I had never had this coffee and was trying something new. They ended up giving me both to see which one i liked better. They seriously made my whole day, amazing customer service. Definitely will be going back soon!!!

The staff is always friendly, drinks and food are always great. Good selection of bagged coffees and cups.

This one has been great. We come from Washington. So there is one on almost every corner. So we were happy to see. Starbucks in Grand Haven. They have always gotten our order correct. And the girl doing our order is so nice. The guys making it. Not so nice. Little snobby. 🤷

Classic normal Starbucks experience. They were a little busier than normal, but they were kind and helpful.

I come here almost every day, and I’ve never once had a poor experience! Ember and Emma are awesome and today I was having a rough day and they wrote me a sweet note :) the whole staff is fantastic, I don’t go to any other starbs anymore <3

The strawberry shortcake frappe is godlike. Definitely worth the price and the wait. So good.

Always love how fast this Starbucks gets their stuff out. It was packed and they had my stuff out in 4 minutes.

The grand Haven Starbucks is the best around. I don't know how but they always make the perfect frappuccino.

Always great customer service. Mistakes happen of course as they are just human, but they are always super friendly and generous when correcting a mistake. I'm not one to speak up if I think something is wrong with my drink or if it was misheard/made a smaller size, but I swear they are mind readers and always notice my small reaction to having an incorrect drink and ask me if its correct! Ben is always really chill.

Jolene was great. Kind, helpful, answered my questions, gave a killer recommendation on the blonde espresso. One of the best coffee shopping experiences I have had in a while

Love this Starbucks and wish all of them had the same level of service, kindness and speediness! Sometimes the drive-thru lane is busy and the waits are long but you can easily make a mobile order and pick it up inside.

Enjoyed my Starbucks experience, they are always hustling and get my drink correct.

Best Starbucks around. Friendly and fast staff. Drinks are always made correctly.
