Grand Haven-Rivers Ace Hardware

I went to this particular Ace hardware for an item to protect myself from contamination in my new home. The website said it was in stock; however, even the manager, Brian, couldn't find it in the stockroom.

He then took 15 minutes trying to help me find what I needed. Customer service was above and beyond! Highly recommend this Ace hardware to anyone.

Nice store. Lots of products. Closer than going over the bridge to Spring Lake and quicker than big box store. Disappointed that they sell fasteners nuts bolts screws washers by the each versus by the pound. Probably more of a corporate thing than an individual store option.

Always helpful, and the young person listened to my stories.
