I enjoy working with my State Farm Agent, Naomi. Naomi answers all my questions and address any and all concerns quickly and to the best of her ability. 5 Star Rating 😊

Worked previously with this branch lost contact with my previous agent tried another statefarm location and they didn't want anything to do with me. So I went back on my old info and found Sam Martin location which was amazing because I was contacted by an agent by the name of Naomi and she didn't give me any run around like the prior branch and after 20 mins I was insured again. Simple fast and straightforward one couldn't complain

I switched to State Farm a couple months ago. I have had nothing but great experience. From just calling the office or contacting Naomi. I had to file a claim recently, they made the process less stressful. I appreciate them and would highly recommend this location.

A human answered my phone call. For starters.
Her name, Naomi.
To lay it out, I always prefer apps. Easy apps. The kind you can just click on, information in, buy now.
I am a very busy mom of three and business owner who doesn't have a ton of extra time to "movie phone" my way through options and end up on hold.
I had been with Progressive for years because of their app. I didn't even care about savings at that point. I was paying for convenience. However, my rates were rising and for no real good reason. I called. Naomi picked up the phone. I was trying to give her my information when my 2 and 3 year old started "doing the dishes". The combination of me trying to stop them and water going everywhere Naomi said "Listen, you have more important things on your plate right now. Why don't you call me back when you have the time or email me everything." She chuckled and explains she also has kids. She not only gets it but she has been there! I was sold. This isn't a sales women, as I often looked at insurance agents, this is a human being!!!
I called her back and in no time not only was I saving money but State farm also has a very easy app to use. I could have best of both worlds.
Convenience does not equal more money. I never had too. I'm glad I made the switch and hopefully you will too! Note to Same Martin, Naomi is GOLD!
