Que Huong Restaurant

This is my favorite pho in Madison Heights… which is saying a lot since there is 15 other locations and yes I been to them all! Been going to see Henry since pre pandemic and remodel and it’s always been the best broth! Don’t skip the number 6 shrimp and pork rolls.

Delicious Pho! Perfect broth and fresh ingredients. They seat you quickly, take your order right away and the food arrives shortly. It’s far out of the way from me and I still make the trek because it’s that good.

My daughter and I have been here several times. They offer vegan options, as well as meat options. The Pho is delicious. Large portions with fresh ingredients. The dining area is small, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 people in a party. Service is great. Menus are descriptive, so if you aren’t familiar with the food, it’s easy to figure out what to order.

Great value and very fresh tasting. Shrimp and noodles were cooked just right. The chili condiment on the table is extra special!

The pho is great, the broth is beautiful! Their fried rice is some of the best around. Every dish I’ve had is great. Good prices. Henry is a great waiter. come stop by!

I tried two different pho here. The spicy pho and regular with beef. There spicy was good but I little too fishy for my taste. I’m not a fan of fish, so it’s no fault of the restaurant. The regular pho with beef had no fish taste and was quite tasty. I came on a weekday and the place was pretty full so people clearly enjoy the place. I would recommend trying this place out if you like pho.

Excellent pho, good portions, vegetables perfectly fresh, plenty of flavor. Spring rolls especially tasty as well. I see other reviews critical of service but ours was exceptional. Waitress was so kind to my young daughter, showing patience and explaining menu items even though very busy. Seating was a bit cramped yet still comfortable as dining area was clean and well kept.

So worth the drive! We have Vietnamese restaurants that are closer to home but none of them can come close to what we experienced here- they almost seem lazy compared to this place. You’ll see by the pictures what I mean. Everything was fresh, flavorful… I couldn’t get over all the fresh veggies and herbs that were added to the vermicelli noodle bowl - We had the fresh rolls - YUM and #35 & 41- The barbecue pork was so delicious but there was only a couple pieces and I think that’s because there are a couple shrimp and a spring roll in number 35. I think next time I would just get the barbecue pork vermicelli noodle bowl- my husband got the lemon grass chicken he would’ve preferred the chicken to be grilled versus steamed but it was tasty- I definitely want to go back and try the pho and a couple rice dishes-I always look for consistency. very small but we were there early enough that we didn’t have to wait-

I’ve been coming here for years — food is always impeccable and the folks here are friendly, prompt for service and seating, and quick with the drink refills. They have a dedicated vegan menu with the option to customize some of the sides. Highly recommend the vegan pho and fresh rolls with tofu. Veggies and garnish served with the pho are fresh and plentiful. Great solo or with friends.

The Pho is clear and smooth with lots of flavor. Fresh in taste and amazing meatballs with sliced beef. I love the intimate dining and the service is quick and delightful.

Finally! I've been looking for a Phó restaurant for a while (I normally go to Windsor) now I can jus come here! The broth is a bone beef broth complex but yet so simple, they offer the standard bean sprouts, Thai basil and jelepenos but here they also give you a good helping of sliced cabbage and onions which makes for a fuller flavoured bowl of goodness! I had #38 when I was there to help my hangover but Henry (the owner gave me a taste of the Phó broth, very tasty!) I even took an order of Phó to go, I started requesting all the ingredients to be packed separately but Henry said "you must be new to our establishment, we always pack everything separately" AWESOME! I definately will be back!

The BEST pho in the metro Detroit area, hands down. Consistently amazing. The owner always remembers what we order and the service is fast and efficient.

For $11 there is no way I could come close to making this soup. Finding the fresh vegetables and time. There is no way. Staying healthy. 🙂 The people here are good people too. It's a nice place.

Exceptional. Very good. Very clean. Even the tips of the sauce bottles I usually find crusty and gross elsewhere.

Pho was amazing and the prices are about $3-5 less then the places near my home so that made it that much better.

Best pho around!!! Many other pho options in the area and I’ve tried a bunch no one compares to Que Hong. Good prices, portions, and authentic food! Look no further if you want the best pho in metro Detroit!

Absolute best place to get pho and bun bo hue! And banh mi’s. And any rice dish really. They even have vegan pho! The restaurant is a bit small so when we know it’s crowded we order takeout. We were here the day we got engaged too! Love this place!

Love this place. They also offer XL bowls. It's small, busy, lots of regulars, families and happy faces. Lots of carryout orders. Not sure if the waiter is the owner but he's super friendly and accommodating. The pho is solid and the viet coffee is good too. The spring rolls have a slight kick of curry to them. It could be cleaner but that's just how these places are.

I've always been a fan of Que Huong. They're consistently delicious and dependable to have the same server 99% of the time. He has a great memory and a quippy but friendly disposition that makes my visits always familiar yet not so comfortable that I linger for too long. Lol. Today was a surprise that it was open, and evidently they've been open since June. Their dine in precautions are adequate, with a large bottle of hand sanitizer at the front and with many less tables than they have had previously cuz it was always cramped. I'd say it has a capacity of four 4-people parties and one 6/8 people party, but I didn't ask them so I don't know what their practice is.
