Unexpectedly we used the online ordering process on Black Friday & was amazed at the ease & accuracy of our order. By the time we arrived at the store, our order was ready. The guys loaded it up, and we are watching our new TV! GREAT service+

I just did an online order at the Warren location and they ended up being out of stock so I switched to Madison heights. Julian from the electronics department was AMAZING. He is the sole reason I am writing this review. If you are buying any electronics, go out of your way to THIS Target. Julian went out of his way and above & beyond to help me & relieve all the stress I had about the purchase.

I have to call out one of your staff in particular, a gentleman who seems to be working all the time: MIKE. He is always helpful and wearing a smile and sometimes sings. He is deserving of a promotion or a bonus or both! He should be training everyone because he is extraordinary. 🏆🥇🏅🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

You do need to hire more staff so that lines are not to the back of the store like some other nearby stores. Self-service is the pits. (I run to your store instead if Meijer bc the service is so much better.)

Your store is clean and well stocked. If I walk in without a smile on my face, I absolutely walk out with one because 99.9%💖 of the people who work there smile and are genuinely friendly and helpful. That other .1% needs to work with Mike.

Today I was greeted by the most kind person. His name is Jason and I believe he was the attending manager. I've never been greeted with such a kind and considerate person like him. He's very selfless and helped me pick out a perfect gift for my daughters birthday. I've never ever left a review on Google but I just wanted it be known you have a star working at this location and this man deserves a raise. I will be a lifelong patron of this location Thank you Jason.

The store has a very good selection. The staff is very polite and professional. They are very helpful.

I love all Targets but this one especially stands out because of a cashier named Mike D. This man has been a proud employee for 21 years and is the only time I specifically go out of my way to wait in his line. He brings so much energy to a job that can be somewhat menial but he manages to brighten my day with his kind words and smile. I hope Target treasures this man because this world is a better place because of him.

The crew was super friendly and helpful with fun personalities! The cashier was awesome and joked around with us and as we walked out one of the employee walking in wished us a good night with a friendly smile on her face. I haven’t experienced service like this at a Target in a while! Love this location.

Target is one of the few stores that have enough cashiers. I had to return an item and do a pickup for the smaller size and was in and out in less that 5 minutes.
