V-Bistro (Viet Bistro)

The egg rolls! It's hard to find excellent egg rolls. But they have done it! Sesame Chicken delicious ! Also ordered spicey chicken fried rice. Very good food very good experience.

My husband and I enjoy splitting the bun noodle salad with beef. They give such generous portions that it's definitely enough for two, especially if you want to try some of their tasty appetizers. We've also enjoyed their cream cheese wontons, pork egg rolls, and fresh spring rolls. The staff are always so sweet, attentive, and the service is fast. On a Saturday evening, we were seated right away and were in and out within 45 minutes! They seem to do exceptionally well with the Vietnamese dishes, but we've just liked (not loved) some of the food you might find at Chinese or Thai restaurants.

Very good and friendly service. We got veggie egg rolls and spring rolls to start. Main dishes kung pao chicken lemon chicken and tofu vegetable stir fry. All the dishes tasted great the leftovers tasted even beter the next day.

I ordered beef noodle salad and two vegetarian spring rolls. First of all, it was too much for me and I couldn't finish it. The spring rolls are large. They were very tasty and came with their own sauce. Salad is a really good option with spring rolls and not too heavy. It is well balanced with meet and noodle. You will definitely feel full and enjoy with it. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing place we found as always on Google😁👌✅Pretty misleading joint from the outside! Parking is is rough and weedy, older appearing building…walk inside and it is chic all the way! Warmly remodeled, modern & cozy😁The food was phenomenal period. Egg rolls and spring rolls first, then Pho, steak & potatoes, and vermicelli salad👌Busy place with fast delivery of food and great service from ONE young fella! Server was great! We will return to this fine Vietnamese establishment!

Nice small place. The chicken wings was good and crunchy for the kids. I have the rice platter with an egg roll, cost an extra $2. The beef and potato is the best there. Will go back for more. Come try.

Great joint, for vietnamese food fusion. The service is excellent, the food selection is great but the most importantly is the flavor. It is so tastefull that I will have to come back to continue tasting the menú. Highly recommended.

Had their combination pho. Hearty portions & delicious broth!! Love that their broth is flavorful but not overly sweet nor too salty like some pho places can be. Their lunch specials are also a delicious deal!! Would definitely come back!!!

Food came out quick and fresh. Pho was incredible, and was one of the best bowls I’ve had in the twin cities. Person serving us was kind and attentive on requests and refills for water.

Would highly recommend as it was great tasting food at a reasonable price.

Food is excellent. Customer service from the woman who works the counter (she’s almost always there when I go there) is warm and friendly. Great atmosphere eating inside as well. I especially like fried rice with mock duck, and we always get their crab Rangoon or egg rolls. We get takeout from V Bistro pretty regularly and I enjoy it every time. Very dependable.

Spicy chicken was delicious. Had them add some spice to it and it was perfect!

Cheaper prices than a lot of the twin cities vietnamese restaurants. In the middle of nowhere. Easy to enter, hard to get out of parking lot. Nice and clean. Food tastes great. Fridley finally has a good pho restaurant.

Great place to stop on E. River rd. Place is very clean and has modern decor. Restaurant looks like a trendy downtown spot.

The food was excellent and moderately priced. I had the combination beef phó. It was exceptional.

Service was great, the food was even better. We tried the crab rangoon, the vietnamese egg rolls and the orange chicken. Everything was fresh, the rangoon and egg roll skins were crisp, the filling flavorful, and nothing tasted like oil!

My orange chicken dish was very sweet and paired great with the fried rice. The portion sizes were perfect and for $8, it was a great deal.
All in all, I'll be back.

Pretty good little place with relatively low prices and a great lunch deal. The building is clean and has fitting decor. The pho was tasty. Enjoyed my lunch and will return.

I've never been to the physical restaurant, but I always order the pho soup through Uber Eats, they give super generous portions and the soup is always so tasty, I started ordering the soup about 7 times a month, not to mention the price is affordable !! You can try this restaurant, it's worth every penny :)

Had the combination pho and steamed potstickers. Both were A+. Loved both. Service was excellent and friendly as well. Gonna be back!

V Bistro is always great! Super fresh veggies and nice options! Great service even through doordash, this is the place I order from when I want great Asian food.
