I have had my auto, home insurance with Dan and subsequently his sons who have joined the business since I moved to the Mpls area in 1984. They have all always been available and helpful any time I have needed insurance or had a claim question. I highly recommend this company!

I can't begin to explain how pleased I am with Jim Martin & Son Insurance. Their service is A+ and handled professionally. I've saved hundreds of dollars by switching to their service and they have done everything for me in a timely fashion. When I simply explain what I want and they provide me with a solution, it doesn't get easier than that. I am a customer for life. You should be too now that you've read this.

Dan Martin is our go-to insurance guru. He is hands down the most knowledgeable insurance agent I've ever interacted with, and better yet, he is always willing to patiently explain complicated commercial insurance concepts in layperson's terms so that we can make smart decisions for our business. Super friendly, down-to-earth guy who could not be more helpful. Hats off to Ryne, too, who is always very pleasant, professional, and responsive. We won't go anywhere else!

You know what I love even more than the fact that I can call and have a conversation about my account with a real person who really remembers me within seconds? The monthly phone calls from other agents asking me to switch insurance! It goes something like this:

Them: Switch to our insurance.
Me: No thanks.
Them: We can save you money!
Me: No you can't.
Them: Let me show you!
*They gather some information*
Them: I guess we can't save you money, sorry.

I don't have the heart to tell them they couldn't match the service, either.

We have been with this agency since the 70's. Three generations of honest, hardworking people who look out for their clients best interests. Would not go anywhere else.
