My job uses Mercer for vision insurance. I was removed from my vision insurance, unknown to me, and when I went to set up an appointment in December 2021, called and talked to multiple agents at least once a month and didn’t get it back till end of July. All the agents were nice, but no one seemed to really communicate with each other or me. Never received a follow up email when I was told multiple times that I would. Was also told, I would need to call back each week to check the status of my insurance. Only towards the end of July did I finally get some calls/voicemails from Janelle. Even then, no one could tell me why it took over 6 months to reinstate my vision insurance.
