Staybridge Suites an IHG Hotel

Very nice place. I've enjoyed the stay. I love it when they have a big field in the back to let my fur baby off the leash. I love that the washer and dryer are free to use. I worked out till my clothes were ready. It's located in the same room. They had meet and greets. They cooked and you can have drinks. Very nice. Family friendly kids friendly. Great pool and spa!

Very nice hotel. They were out of swim towels and there was a full cart in the pool of dirty ones, that no one seemed to care about, other than a bit of a non attentive night staff all. Was wonderful.

BEST IHG HOTEL IN ROCHESTER!!!
If you only stay at IHG Hotels like I do, this one has the BEST amenities.

■ Small bathrooms, but that's a compromise to have a full kitchen. Worth it!

I stay at hotels a minimum of 4 nights a month. I have never seen a theater room in a hotel. Despite having stayed at high-end boujie hotels. Not many hotels have a nice big kitchen with updated appliances. Social hour is usually an ambassador perk at Intercontinental hotels, so bonus!!! It's rare to find a lovely big courtyard at an IHG Hotel.

A MUST STAY!

In town for early morning appointment. Talked to them ahead of time as to our needs. We were notified when room ready. It was early and great location. Hotel close to many venues and great restaurants. The room has kitchen with fridge/ ice maker👍12 cup coffee maker and 2 burner flat top. All that is needed for cooking. Great beds. As you go out back of hotel you are in a courtyard with tables, chairs w umbrella. Gas grill to use and a fireplace. Beautiful plants. Enter into pool area and enjoy hot tub and pool. Out to courtyard to relax. Great place to stay. Friendly hard working staff.

We stayed there for an overnight because my daughter had several appointments at Mayo. We were so surprised by the room! It was perfect! So clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The motel was pretty busy but you didn't notice at all. Breakfast was nice! My girls are vegan and they were very nice about me asking where the bagels came from! The guy serving the breakfast was very nice! Friendly! We loved there is a theatre there! Location was perfect for us with lots of nearby restaurants and such. We plan to stay again when we go back to Rochester.

I recommend this motel hands down. I am a patient at Mayo Clinic, and it works very well in every way. Social hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are a big plus. Breakfast is wonderful!

Perfect location! Everything you need is in walking distance! Grocery store and a Costco. Plus tons of restaurants and coffee shops. I would for sure use this location again. The staff was super friendly as well.

Wow, amazing rooms and services!! We were upgraded for free to a double room queen suite!! Three beds total, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen and living room. The only downside was no oven but a 2 burner stove top!! Fully equipped with dishes, ice maker, and dishwasher!! With a pool inside and one outside inclosed in a separate building!! With bbq's available and fireplaces outside with plenty of seating and areas for families and guests!! Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at yet and an all you can eat breakfast buffet and Sunday through Friday every evening they have a happy hour where all guests can have wine, and other drinks with light snacks for a free social hour yes FREE WINE AND SNACKS!! For sure, I'm staying here more often when going to the Mayo Clinic!! Plus, walking distance to an Aldi's, a Costco, Kwik Trip, McDonald's, and more!! A perfect hotel, a perfect place, with a perfect price and pets are welcome!!

We stayed here for five weeks. Great price for what you get. Nice clean quiet room. Good breakfast & happy hour. Highly recommend.

Above average spread of hot and cold breakfast options, there isn't a lot of variation day to day though. The suites are nicely sized, room was clean, staff was helpful. They have a social night with free dinner and drink a few times a week. Indoor pool was way too cold to enjoy but the hot tub was nice.

Staybridge is our home away from home. Our families are in the Rochester MN area but we have not lived here in many years. We always stay here when in town and are treated like family. Steve, Betsy and staff are the best. If we could rate them higher than 5 stars we would! Thank you.

Nice, big hotel. We got a suite for the family and for the price it was amazing. Breakfast was also a great deal. Convenient area with restaurants.

Stayed for almost 3 months while house hunting. The room/suite was spacious, well lit, completely up-to-date, handicapped accessible, ultra clean and in need of no repair or improvements. The bed with two firm and two soft pillows was very comfortable as was the sectional sofa. The kitchen with microwave, two burners and dishwasher had the basics needed to prepare light meals and there was a desk with comfortable/adjustable chair for working. While I didn't use the pool area many did. A fine breakfast with choices both hot and cold was prepared and provided daily and on M-T-W evenings a light dinner with wine, beer or other beverage was provided. There is a self-serve laundry available at no extra cost. I didn't use it but know there is a shuttle that many used to get to and from downtown and/or the clinic. The location in the NW area of town was excellent, near to downtown but not too near, with multiple causal eating establishments, banks and grocery stores within walking distance. What I most appreciated during my stay was the staff. They were exceptional! They were warm, personable, welcoming and professional and they worked extremely well together to make it an excellent place to stay and that included management. I talked with some staying there and overheard others saying that when in Rochester for medical or business reasons they'd stay nowhere else, that they had stayed at this hotel multiple times and would be in the future. My only suggestion for improvement: two of the chairs in the business center could use attention.

Stayed here a few nights for business. Hotel was very nice and clean, front desk staff was awesome in helping navigate the area. Parking garage underneath was a little tight for my large rental SUV, but wasn’t too bad. Social areas were very nicely designed, pool was a bit small. Gym was huge! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the social hour was great!!

This is our home away from home. Some of the rooms are excellent and some are good. The kitchens are not stocked equitably. When we first started staying there last year, if we were missing something we needed they would get it for us. But now they say you only have what is in the room. We need to cook as we can't go to restaurants. We bring extra dishes and silverware now.
The complete hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are warm and friendly.
The business center is great.
The pool and jacuzzi are good. Older but clean.
The area has quite a selection of restaurants you an walk to. We walk to Aldi's which is across the street.
I recommend this hotel. Great for Mayo visitors.

Great place. Loved it took care of me as always. Great room, great hotel. Highly recommended. Love the breakfast and happy hour at night. This is the place to stay.

We could not be happier with our stay at the Staybridge here in Rochester. The rooms are large with a very nice layout. We really love having a separate couch and TV area from the bedroom. Also having a regular size refrigerator is awesome. We are in Rochester post treatment at Mayo and need to be here for 90 days. We are so very thankful we found this hotel to stay at! We have asked for a few things do to needs post medical treatment and the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating! Love having laundry on site and also pool and hot tub for when our children come on weekends. Would definitely recommend the Staybridge to others!

Very clean rooms! Very clean indoor pool! Although, the pool water could've been a bit warmer. Great hot breakfast & customer service! Didn't bat an eye when we asked for extra towels for the room. We'll definitely be back here again!

Wow. First time stay at a StayBridge and we were impressed! Clean rooms, well laid out design with separate sleeping quarters, nice amenities in the kitchenette and room for our family to rest. Loved the food provided for the complimentary breakfast and "happy hour" in the evenings. Really appreciated the great service, friendly staff and hardworking breakfast server who was more than busy keeping up with a long line of hotel guests. Great job! I'd recommend this to anyone needing top notch accommodations. Worth the price point!

This was a great place to stay! There was a nice kitchenette area stocked with pans and dishes for cooking and eating. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have experienced in a motel. The help was courteous and friendly and very helpful, going over and above expectations. The shuttle to the hospital that was provided was a big help!
