The front desk person janae Jones did a fantastic job. My wife is handicapped and she went out of her way to help us. Very hood service

Stayed last weeks & had a great stay. New front desk worker Daja very beautiful, she was so polite to each guest while it was a busy night. She was working by herself and made every guest feel welcomed & responded to a lot of guest issues. Great service. The room was lovely. Will be staying again.

Well... this place absolutely needs service and remodeling. The electric plugs are so worn... Cords fall out. Everything is worn. The bathroom fan was dangling. Chairs, uncomfortable. I can't believe I paid over $300 a night.. it was worth $100.

The hotel itself was fabulous. The booking experience was far less so. I booked on Hilton's website and prepaid for parking. However, when we go to the hotel, we were told the lot was full and spaces would not open up and the local hotel had no way to refund us. The amazing front desk person helped us back into a more than questionable spot in the garage. We didn't add breakfast on because there were 5 in our party, but again, the corporate website would only let us add on breakfast for 2. We were td by the helpful front desk person we could have all eaten if I'd bought that package, but since I hadn't it was $18 for each of us.

So overall, the hotel was great, the online booking, pretty poor.

Kelly was the best! She is a real asset to your team. We came for the P!nk concert, got there during dinner hour so it was packed. There were lots of people trying to check in. Kelly was the only one at the front desk. More than once people were mean, snarky and blatantly disrespectful towards her. She held her composure and greeted us with a smile as nothing ever happened. Our room wasn’t ready she made sure she found us one to change in and then put us in our room. Every time we walked passed she said hi and made sure to wish us a safe night. Over all a real MVP!!

Had a problem with the bill and Leah in customer service went above and beyond to fix it. Very impressed. My family had a very nice time here.

Room was very hot. The ac wasn't working. It was a very nice room but very hot

The Coustomer service at this location is 5 star level. Excellent stay in Minneapolis, would definitely recommend to others.

Was in town visiting family. We had the king suite with a walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very clean. Only problem was the shower head had rust on it and could not be adjusted. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will probably stay here again next time we are in town

The staff has been so friendly and accommodating in every situation. One of my bags broke on the way in and they found another one for me to use. I forgot to pack deoderant and they saved the day. I ran out of the tea in the room and they were happy to replenish it. The room is great, but the staff really make this a wonderful place to stay.

Smacked in the middle of downtown....great service and attitude from the front desk staff. You man at the front desk was knowledgeable and nice. Rooms are surprisingly large. King size room comfortably fits a cozy 4 people. The view from the 6th floor is great. Local food is nice. Good book!! Parking garage is 30 bucks but worth it. Book for a relaxing stay!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, I'm not sure why the negative reviews because my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience.

Awesome staff, went special to get a fresh batch of cookies! On a previous visit in 2008 the hotel manager personally found a ring i lost, and mailed it to me, so I made sure to stay here again. The restaurant was shuttered from COVID, but Brit's Bar next-door is stellar, and we could watch their big screen from our room haha! The decor and furnishings were a little dated but still cool and comfortable, even the sofa bed was great!

This place is amazing!!! 🤩 They have d laundry room - newer washer & dryer! The mirror in the bathroom is SOOOOO amazing! 🥰 There is a bright light around it!!!! Oh my God - amazing lighting!!! 😍 TV Is nice and huge for the beds! Love the couch when you walk in! And love the lamp shades- love LOVE this hotel!!

We stayed here for a night after attending a show at the Pantages Theater. Location was great. On-site parking was easy. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rates were reasonable, too. We already booked another stay for the next time we're in town.

Although, the feature advertised in the room to allow you to text for service or questions was useless. I texted and the auto reply came that someone would be chatting with me shortly. After sending a few more messages, and over an hour later, I gave up.

Everything else was awesome. I even got a free warm cookie 🍪 on check-in! 😻😻😻

The suite was large and clean. The housekeeping service was outstanding. The restaurant service was fast and friendly. The front desk staff was courteous and amazing! I left my eye glasses in the room when I checked out and they overnighted them to me right away. Very happy with the entire experience!

My family had some challenges checking in after being assigned the wrong room. We made a phone call and finally got things figured out. A few minutes later we were greeted at our door with a box full of snacks. The staff sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Tracy and the housekeeping staff were extremely helpful in resolving the situation to enjoy our stay for my families celebration for my sisters graduation.
