Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE

No complaints at all. The 3rd party we used for a reservation, made a mistake and reserved a one bed which should have been two beds. Staff at front desk put us in a room with 2 beds without a problem.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also in good condition and clean.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of food, and staff was constantly cleaning up the area and making sure none of the food choices ran out.
The price and location were great for our needs.

Great little rooms near M Health which is where I had appointments in Fairview. They had a shuttle to take me to and from and a wheelchair to get from my room to the shuttle. Very friendly staff. No complaints. Also convenient sit in restaurant in the parking lot. Yummy crispy chicken wings!

Perfect safe and secure room near the metro lines, and in the heart of The University of Minnesota. We went to all sporting events you could imagine, and this hotel was so excellent and accessible that when I come back to Minneapolis I will most likely stay here again! I do recommended staying here. Breakfast was very generous !!!

The location is the main reason I chose this hotel. We were in town for a weekend trip to the MOA. I hate to deal with traffic in a big unknown city especially during holiday season. A Metro rail platform is less than 5 minutes walk from the parking lot. We just rode the Green line and the Blue line to and from the mall. What is more convenient than having your ride outside your lodging? Staff was very helpful. We had to leave our bags at their office when we went to the mall bec. we did not bring our car. They were very accommodating. A very big help. AAA for service.  Friendly staff. I will be back next Christmas for sure.

Cory at the front desk was amazing after having to deal with my very obnoxious friend. He was professional, thorough with info needed and polite when booking another room. My family is in the hotel industry and I believe he is a good asset to the hotel. Great staff and amazing rooms for the price. I will be recommending this location.

Had a wonderful time here recently! The staff were very friendly and our room (although a tad outdated) was quiet and perfect for the 2 of us. Close proximity to the light rail was a huge selling point for us as we were exploring the city without a car. Also, the hotel shares a parking lot with an excellent restaurant called The Tea House. We stayed during the week for a concert at the Varsity Theatre and had no trouble walking there and back to the hotel, even late night. Always felt safe. Would stay here again!

Nice staff, clean facility, lots of parking. Great Persian restaurant across the street.

Service has been WONDERFUL! Great breakfast room. Wonderful location. Would absolutely stay here again next year for homecoming.

Clean, friendly staff. Great location to things. Stayed here after many concerts at us bank to get out of the downtown area and found ourselves at some excellent bars.

The rooms are a little dated, but the location is spectacular. It is right next to the stadium, the university in general, and also the green line. The service is also great. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.

A neat hotel by the college and stadium. First room the AC did not work but they did not hesitate at all to move me to a room with a working AC. So far, I'm really enjoying my stay!

It was very close to the metro and very close to the target center. the bed was comfortable. Vendor came before we got there so there was free samples of flavored water. Staff was friendly and everything seemed clean. we weren't in the room often but when we were it was quiet which was also nice. One of the nicer places we've stayed in.

It is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff is exceptional and very helpful. The shuttle bus drivers are always on time, they know the way around the Twin Cities. In the morning from 6 - 10am is the Continental Breakfast with alot of choices for dining pleasure. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. I've been staying at the Days Hotel for years and would recommend it to everyone else.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything we needed for graduation weekend. Everyone in our party had a different room (some had a microwave, some didn't, etc.) but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the place was quiet so it worked out well. I give them 5 stars for their incredible service. They were willing to shuttle us to and fro for no charge which was incredibly convenient.

We got there about 9/ 9:15. The young lady who waited on us was amazingly friendly. She made us (Me , my sister and niece) feel welcome. The hotel was nice and quiet. The Days hotel had a free breakfast to start your Morning. If I'm back in Minnesota I'll be staying there again. P. S. They do accommodate your request within reason. We ask for a first floor. And we were given a first floor room. Thank you Days Hotel and all the staff that made us feel welcome 🙂 👍👍

The staff rocks!. I lived in the motel for 4 months while my husband was at the hospital. The staff are now considered family. They always went the Xtra mile to be helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean. They will really make you feel welcome. They made a difficult time in my life a bit easier.

We stayed here as park of a Park & Fly package. It was a nice stay, and the shuttle was scheduled well ahead of check in to ensure we made it to the airport with plenty of time! You do have to call the shuttle upon landing (or schedule) to get a pickup.

Every time I come here the staff is always accommodating. I choose to stay here when my dad is in the hospital. They always make sure I have the shuttle schedule and anything I need. Anytime I've ever asked for any suggestions someone always has one for me to try and if they don't have one they help look! They are always kind here. My room has always been clean. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly; check in/out were totally painless -- we had booked online and prepaid the room. The room was clean and as pictured. My only complaint is that the mattress on the bed was too soft, so I didn't sleep as well as I might have liked. It's in a great area, close to the university and stadium, and there's a lot of options around for food and drink.

The Days Hotel is a very normal hotel, with normal amenities and such. I booked a room there exactly like any other. Then, when I had to adjust the dates and add rooms for my colleagues traveling with me, things became very complicated and I dreaded making the changes.

The staff at the hotel made it not only painless, but took customer service to a completely different level- they made a normal process that had all the hallmarks of a potentially disastrous outcome into a stellar showing all around.

Impressive. If you keep hiring people like you have, the sky is the limit.

Will stay here again.
