Believe the hype, friends. This cute lil’ sandwich shop produces delicious eats that are both reasonably priced and insanely filling. Such variety and so customizable! It’s a flatbread sammy the size of your dang head! House-made ricotta is sublime. Loads of fresh greens make you feel healthy and such. Their shop is so cozy and warm, one feels quite welcome and as a plus the lighting and decor is ideal for those picture-perfect social media posts! (Cute idea having Lactaid-type option available at the counter! I am lucky to not need it, but such a thoughtful touch!)

Awesome, quick service location with plenty of street parking... but most importantly, DELICIOUS sandwiches. High quality ingredients, homemade cheese and very cool staff.

The best spot for lunch in Minneapolis. Good portions that don't bog me down for the afternoon.

Freshest ricotta I've ever had! I've tried about half the menu and every flatbread I've had has been fantastic. For me this is the perfect lunch spot: the food is very tasty and fills you up without being too heavy. One warning though: if you have leftovers or buy an extra sandwich for later, don't try to heat it up. If you put it in the oven you will completely dry out the ricotta and it won't be nearly as good

It is honestly the perfect lunchtime bite. They are super quick. The bread and ricotta are amazing and fresh in all the sandwiches. The prices are totally fair considering the aforementioned quality and the portion size being the perfect amount for a sandwich, where you feel full but not gross after. The people are always friendly and the one time there was a mixup they were super nice and fixed it in a flash. Personally, I love the simple and easy menu. It is cool seeing an innovative, fresh, local food spot pop up and hit it out of the park right away. Excited to see what else they have up there sleeve :)))

Great relatively-cheap flatbread sandwiches. I had the #5 with pesto, prosciutto, ricotta, greens and spices a couple of times, and the mix of flavors is wonderful. As another reviewer pointed out, you don't get a large amount of prosciutto -- it's enough to make the flavor mix good. If you want more meat, someone else suggests ordering extra prosciutto. Service is fast and very friendly. They also serve interesting tacos etc but I haven't had a chance to try them yet.

This was the best sandwich I've had all year. The bread was made fresh right in front of me. The ricotta was the smoothest, creamiest greatness I've maybe ever had. It was filled with healthy greens and a savory prosciutto. I only ate half because it was so large. It felt like I stumbled into a Brooklyn gem that only New Yorkers get to enjoy. But no. It's right here on Eat Street. What an incredible FIND.

As someone who loves sandwiches, I want to go on record saying that sandwiches have no business being THIS good. Always tastes fresh and with flavor combos slightly different than what I'm used to, which is nice. Great staff great food. I've paid far more for a far worse sandwich. Just had lunch here and I might go back for dinner.

This place is LEGIT. The owner was so nice and cool and gave me great recommendations of what to do in town. She also HANDMADE the flatbread for my sandwich in front of me and told me about how she also makes fresh ricotta and pesto every day. One of the best sandwiches of my life; totally indulgent because of the bread and cheese but also healthy-ish because they put like a full pound of arugula on there. Plus, homemade dough and cheese has to be better for you than the ultra processed stuff that other places are selling, right?? Do yourself a favor and go check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

I tried the Number Two (ricotta, rosemary and honey) for an affordable $5. Homemade ricotta on homemade flatbread, which was cooked to order (they make their own dough every day). SO GOOD. Friendly staff, efficient little storefront and a wonderful addition to Eat Street. I can't wait to walk there more often in the summer!

Stumbling upon this place made my day! There aren’t any places in the cities like it. I had the ricotta and honey with added prosciutto and savored every bite. The staff was hospitable and friendly. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality! They make the ricotta and flatbread themselves. A must try on eat street.

Has not the best location, but hot damn the flatbreads are good. I had the ricotta, pepperoni, and prosciutto. Extra buck for peppers, heck yes. Good for take out. If only they were on grubhub or uber eats. Staff was 10/10 and was super nice and was very enthusiastic about what they were making. Great for a light lunch.

Great tasting homemade sandwich! They grow their own jalapeno peppers too, which was a great addition to what I got! Super friendly, will definitely be coming back soon.

Back for my second visit today (working across the street is going to be a blessing!). Tried the BLT and the Strawberry special. THAT SPECIAL...get it NOW! The vanilla ricotta was unlike anything I've had before, think fantastic vanilla ice cream, then that zing of balsamic and pickled strawberries, just beautifully balanced.

They are still working out the kinks, but the food doesn't suffer for the learning curve! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

KEEP IN MIND THAT IT'S NOT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT.

These sandwiches are the best! We got the number 5 and number 8. I can’t believe I went so long without one of these! I am a changed person. If I could give it 6 stars I would! 10 stars! I literally sent out a group text to all of my friends telling them to go to Zetta’s! Will def be back! Also, the service was great and super friendly. 15 stars!

This place is no-frills but incredibly high quality! Their house made ricotta and flatbread are delicious, and they assemble them into some really delightful sandwiches along with other insightfully paired ingredients.

Finally! The lack of Italian food in the Twin Cities makes me weepy...and maybe a flatbread isn't what you think of as peak Italian food. But this place makes a piadina and fresh, melt-in-your-mouth ricotta your Abruzzese nonna would be proud of.

I tried the #6, which featured a whole salad's worth of fresh rocket, sweet tomato jam and bacon. The sandwich was enormous and, honestly, quite the bang for your buck considering the freshness of the ingredients and the size of the sandwich. It's also fun to watch the cook make the piadina on the griddle in front of you. A fun, delicious mess to eat.

Had the #2 (rosemary+ricotta+honey) and ate it while walking down the street. Crispy, warm, delicious! Comes in a little packet that feels very like European street food. A nice stop along Nicollet.

They are taking orders online. They are super delicious and a really fresh change of pace from some of the other eateries in the area. I usually try to order from them during my WFH lunch break. Support local Minneapolis businesses! :-D

But, did your marketing people consider the size of the photos on your website and the cleanliness of the individual's fingernails?!?!??! I'm grateful I know gloves are required when preparing food...
