Great experience with this company. Dmitriy came out to inspect my roof due some leakage I had from a recent storm. He immediately identified that a vent cap had come loose and resolved the issue on the spot. He then looked over the rest of the roof and reassured me that I would have no more problems. After having dealt with many unreliable and unprofessional contractors in the past, it was refreshing to deal with a friendly and professional individual who clearly took pride in their job. I will definitely call Gula next time I have any construction needs.

Gula Construction did a fantastic job on replacing an existing flat roof with an EPDM flat roof in Minneapolis. It wasn't easy finding a contractor that installs flat roofs, so I feel very fortunate that someone recommended Gula Construction. They were very affordable, and Dmitriy is so nice to work with.

The Gula Construction Team was spectacular! From the very beginning, nothing but good things to say about them. We worked with Dmitry throughout the whole process and he did a great job of communicating back-and-forth with us and making sure we understood everything that was going on. The roof was done great. They started at around 6:30 AM and we’re completely done by end of day. They also did a great job of cleaning up everything. I would definitely recommend them.

We had some basement work and finished bathroom done by Gula Construction as well as a roof replacement. I am very satisfied with the way Dimitry worked with me and the insurance company on getting everything handled. Not only that but they were prompt and able to schedule me very quickly and had all the work done in a bit more than a week which minimized the impact on my work schedule. I would definitely use them again and will be referring them to anyone I can. The quality and value of the work was great and they did what they promised.without any change orders or change in cost to me. Thumbs up and 5 stars. Good job guys!

After a 2021 hail storm Gula Construction helped us be one of the first in our neighborhood to get a new roof. They also helped us get all new siding the insurance company wanted to only patch. The roofing, siding and gutter crews were easy to work with and did a great job. From our experience we highly recommend Gula Construction.

Dmitriy and his team were far-and-away the best construction crew I've ever worked with.

We had hired a different general contractor for a sunroom addition on our home, and immediately realized upon kicking off the project that we had made a mistake. After firing that contractor, on a whim, I cold-called Gula Construction to see if perhaps somebody else could help us complete the addition within our original timeframe.

Dmitriy stepped to the plate and knocked it out of the park. He stayed within budget and even finished the project a week early. He was an excellent communicator throughout, always helpful with a positive attitude. The attention to the detail throughout was top notch, and we were thrilled with the sunroom when they completed it.

We used Gula Construction to build a 12x12 addition for our home. Dmitriy and his fellow workers were very courteous and prompt. Some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Their attention to detail and pride of workmanship was evident. I would recommend.

I hired Gula Construction in February 2020 to repair water damage to my kitchen floor and crawl space. They replaced my kitchen flooring, wall behind my kitchen sink, took out and replaced water damaged insulation and walls from my crawl space. Work was done on time and was done very well with minimal interruption. Dmitriy was always willing to spend extra time explaining what they were doing and why and was very helpful about questions regarding insurance information.

Fast forward to April 2021 when I needed help removing flooring to remove and install a new dishwasher. Dmitriy came out to my house and removed the needed flooring and came back to install it when the new dishwasher was installed...and for no charge. Class act. I highly recommend Gula.

I needed a quote for my roof repair and these guys were the best.

Having never worked with a remodeling contractor before, I could only go in the beginning with my impressions of Mr. Gula. What I can say, is that from the beginning, he seemed not only very knowledgeable, but dedicated and very enthusiastic about his work. The contract that was developed and I signed was thorough, and offered main level remodeled trim, paint, doors and walls that I decided to add in addition to the main work of remodeling the kitchen, putting in hardwood floors, and redoing our stairs so they were hardwood as well.
The project once it began took two months. It would have been shorter but for the fact it was over the Christmas and New Year holiday. What I want to say more than anything else is how very pleased I am with my new house. It is beautiful. The kitchen has new granite countertops, cabinets, and backsplash that are still a delight to behold. But the trim work and new doors throughout the main level are truly stunning. It was given all enamel painting and is beautiful. Mr. Gula also agreed to add a replacement of our front door for a very reasonable price. And finally, Mr. Gula returned several times to touch up items that were left undone, or needed touching up. I am so grateful and pleased with his work, and highly recommend him.

Enjoyed working with Dmitriy and his team on our master bath remodel and finishing our basement. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and Dmitriy went above and beyond to help us determine what we could do within our budget and even help us pick out coordinating materials and colors to fit the style of our home. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Gula Construction again on our next project.

I found Gula Contruction on Angie's list originally and utilized them for several different projects around the house. They repaired some siding damage that was too small for a full replacement, but they also did my full kitchen floor. They were very responsive to my questions, easy to work with and so professional. I get so many compliments on my flooring too, they did a great installation. I would (and have) recommended them to others.

Dmitiry and his crew built an addition to our 1971 rambler. The architect that works with him provided a nice update and just what we were looking for. The quality was excellent! Dmitriy was knowledgeable of local codes and had great ideas when we met up with any problems. I would hire him again if the opportunity presents itself.

Gula Construction did a fantastic job. They were helpful with the design process and patient with many requests for changes to the original project . They produced a high quality product on time and on budget. Highly recommend them.
