Once Upon a Child Rochester

Loved looking here during their huge sale a few weeks back! I wish Once Upon A Child was as great as they are now when my daughter was little. I could’ve spent hours in the store. I got A TON of stuff, including big hot wheels toys, a mirror for my nephews rear facing car seat so auntie can see him & he can see me, & some educational toys all for around $24! Can’t wait to go back & find more great stuff!

I have been consistently impressed with the customer service of the Once Upon a Child staff and am thrilled with the increased floor space and product availability at the new location. I have contacted the team several times through Facebook to reserve items and they respond so quickly! I've done several curbside pickups now during quarantine and the attention to detail that the staff pays when selecting items per my requests is impressive. Highly recommend!

I was surprised to find jeans for my boys sizes 6 and 8 that weren't too worn out. I only needed a couple pairs for each of them to get through the rest of the school year as they've grown out of their fall clothes by now and summer is coming! The staff are always friendly and I like the promotions I get via text message. Today I got 20% my total.

This is by far the BEST Once Upon a Child we’ve been to. The store is so clean, organized and not cluttered. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clothes are well arranged and organized by color. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for here!
