My partner and I have worked with Vince since 2018, he helped us in buying and selling our first property. He took us to countless houses and waited patiently, as our wish list changed. When it came time to look for a home again, we knew exactly who to call and felt confident that we were in good hands. He learned our personalities and what our truest wants and needs were.

This year when we sold our house, he assured us that the right buyer would happen. He helped assure that we found the perfect buyer who loved our home and neighborhood for the same reasons we did.

The night before we moved, he helped take apart and remove a bed frame, went above and beyond the call of duty. Vince has been an incredible resource and has never led us astray. Anyone would be lucky to work with him, he makes things stress free.

Vince excelled at keeping me calm and positive through the selling process, without giving me false hopes. He gave me staging advice once on the market, I was pleasantly surprised by the offer I received - above my listing price. We sold the house in one weekend.

Vince also tried to reign me in on improvements. I wished I had listened to him more on that.

Lastly, Vince kept me informed with good and accurate communication.

Getting the opportunity to work with Vince Chan was a dream. I was a wary first time home buyer. I was excited at the opportunity, but scared I’d end up with a house I wasn’t in love with.

It felt like Vince was always on the same page as me. If we walked into homes he knew were going to be competitive, he’d let me know what our options were. If we walked into homes that were “less than ideal,” Vince would let me know this was not the house for me. And we saw a range of different homes, from newly updated with saunas to carpet in the kitchen. Vince fully comprehended what I was looking for in a house and I never felt like I was compromising.

Eventually, we found my new favorite place to be. I got an offer accepted. I had no idea what to do next, but luckily for me Vince did. He helped me through every step, all the way to closing. I would and will be recommending Vince to anyone looking for their more than ideal home.

Vince was an exceptional Realtor from the moment we met, to when he dropped the keys to my first house in my hand! After our first discussion, I knew that he would have my best interests in mind, and wasn't going to steer me toward a direction that was not conducive for my needs or the longevity of my intended ownership.
