Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Seth took the time to pick out the right products and came out in the rain to assist me with my car issues. Highly recommend them.

Staff went out of their way to help me find correct part. He even took a part off the shelf to double check the hardware I would need. Great service!

Went to O’Reilly’s this afternoon for a new low-beam headlight bulb. Ian helped me find the right light bulb and then spent about 15 minutes helping me get the bulb replaced! He was kind, patient, and persistent in getting the old bulb out when things under the hood were really close together, and then making sure the new bulb was in securely. Great customer service and I really appreciated his help!!

I needed a new battery for my motorcycle. The store down the street had really bad customer service. I was a little hesitant to go anywhere else. But, I needed the battery. Needless to say...They Rocked it! They went above and beyond for me and O'Reilly has earned a my auoto-parts business from now on. Thanks guys...

What a great experience! The store manager was all over helping out customers, but still had time to do my battery and alternator test and replaced the battery. Customer service is not dead!

My favorite parts store in town, a shame it’s the farthest from my house. Usually pretty slow so good to visit during peak hours where there may be a line at other locations.

Went there for a new lightbulb and they offered to install it for me. Great recommendations from employees. They told me to get 2 lightbulbs because if one goes out the next one is on its way. Thanks to them I now have two bright lights. The other lightbulb soon failed. So they were correct in their judgement as well. All around great services with a lot of products. Nice people with smiles. Easy to see from the highway. Not in a bad neighborhood. Nice auto parts that are always available with a wide selection. Very nice to know that I can have auto parts at any time of the day with excellent service behind it. A great experience if you stop in. Even by yourself or with a friend. My friend was there with me and he had a great time too. Watching and waiting for my lightbulbs to be replaced so I could drive and see the road at night and not get pulled over.

Very helpful with my particular situation. Talked me through the specific difference between Chevy trucks years and differences. Went the extra mile. Love the new location as well!!

Awesome place, great people very friendly and knowledgeable, they don't try and upsell you cause they don't care about making money off what they sell you, they give honest input and a laugh to go with it

Got everything handled and of course the crew at north and south locations were professional and courteous. Why Autozone and Napa never get any business from me.

All ways find parts I need at these stores at a good price and they are good but the last time I was there all I could think was o o oh take a shower.... had an odd sales person.

I have made two trips here in the past year, the first time they got all the parts I needed. The second time there was an issue with being triple charged, they took care of it.

The guy behind the counter, Alex was super helpful and really knew his stuff.
