Had a 2021 4k laptop go down with a bad motherboard. These guys had a very transparent approach to solving the problem and were supportive in helping me make the best decision for my laptop. Great prices, and now my laptop is good as new. Thanks guys!

Nano Systems was professional and quick I was only without my laptop for 1 day. The help was professional and kind. They fixeded my 5 yr old laptop with ease and even though the laptop might've been outdated as far as computers go I didn't want to buy a new laptop. I would highly recommend their services.

My old laptop(12 years old) finally died. They got me a used laptop and saved all my stuff for me. Cleaned it up and a new malwear service. Very friendly towards someone who is older and not so computer savvy.

Good service, fast, and decently priced. Did not have to do an upgrade myself so gave it Nanosystems.

I recently took my laptop in because it was running slowly and wouldn't run very long on the battery alone, i.e., not plugged in. Nanosystems updated Windows, Windows store, BIOS, and my various drivers as well as antivirus and adware scans and removals. They also did disk error checking and cleanup. I was able to pick it up the next day and it did, indeed, run much faster and better. I had to wait a few days for a new battery to come in and when it did, they installed it while I waited. All this was done for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return to Nanosystems with any future problems. On top of their technical expertise, they are very considerate and professional to work with.

Four years ago, I spilled tea on my laptop and the screen was black. They investigated, sent a photo of the corner of the motherboard that was damaged and gave me a quote to replace it, all within a couple hours. I decided it wasn't worth it , so declined service. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic. Would absolutely go back.

They are very honest. At first they gave me a higher quote for my work order (wipe my computer clean and reinstall windows). The manager later followed with a confirmation call about the order. He asked me what exactly I wanted done. After hearing, he dropped the price from the initial quote. He could have kept the initial quote if he was greedy. They did a good job on my PC. They were great with communications. Would recommend it to others.

Brought a couple of laptops to NANOSYSTEMS and couldn’t be more pleased with my service. I first called to ask pricing for what I was looking to have done and I was quoted right on the phone within minutes. It only took about a week to get my items done which was very timely. When my wife picked our laptops up I noticed the price was exactly what was quoted except I was double charged on one of the items. I called back and the owner said he noticed the mistake and tried to call my wife back. We paid in cash so he said he would drop off our overpaid cash off right away to our personal address. Absolutely amazing service and quality of work! I will be recommending to all my friends and family that they use NANOSYSTEMS!!!

The service was excellent and for an extremely reasonable price. My laptop is old and they went in and fixed everything, my computer was slow; i got a new battery solid state drive and upgrade to windows 10 and its running good as new. They helped me get everything back to working smooth, fast and like new, so now I no longer need to buy a new computer. I highly recommend using Nanosystems for any and all computer needs.

Brought my Mac to apple and they told me it would cost 700 to fix a battery issue. Brought it Nanosystems and they helped me quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed much more reasonably.

The time to upgrade my Windows 7 PC and my Windows 8 Laptop came. I went to Nanosystems relying on the numerous good reviews they have. They didn’t disappoint me. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We decided not only to upgrade the Operating systems but also to replace the hard drives on both machines. We also added a full ram on my laptop and install a new Office software on both, and my ipad. I was concerned about losing any of my programs or documents making these changes; nevertheless, everything is back on my new SD hard drives working with no issues whatsoever.
I live a little far from Saint Paul, so we were in constant communication over the phone solving all my questions. The price for the service was very reasonable. After a couple months working daily on my computers, I can say I cannot be happier with the result.
I know how difficult can be to trust someone to make big changes on your computers. I would say don’t think twice and call these guys. You won’t regret.

Over the summer I received a laptop from a friend, he had no use for it since it was broken anyways, it wouldn’t run properly so I decided to search for a computer repair service on google. I was offered nanosystems and blindly took the offer, seeing as it was my first time getting a repair service. They came to my house and asked a few questions, which I answered to the best of my ability, after that they left. A week later I got a call asking me about the computer and explained it needed a new hard-drive, giving me a run down on the cost. Finally on Saturday of that week they scheduled an appointment to return the computer. I was pleased with the results and can happily say my computer works wonderfully!

The customer service and person taking care of my laptop was very kind to me, especially with my social anxiety at the time. I felt it easy to talk to him about the problem and was glad with how patient he was with me. All in all I’m very satisfied with the service and definitely recommend it to anyone with a broken pc or laptop.

I typically do not write reviews however I was compelled to write a review on the quality of service I received. Rashad and his team were wonderful. They took the time to explain what the problem was with my computer and was able to work with my budget. I dropped by without an appointment and they were able to have my computer back to me within 3 hours. Very fast and reasonably priced service and also extremely knowledgable. They completely fixed my computer and basically restored it back to the way it was when I bought it (I'm writing this review on it now) and I didn't even think that was possible after it sustained significant hard drive damage and a cracked LED (17" Mac Book Pro). Couldn't ask for anything more. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their computer fixed and can't afford to replace it because of the information it contains. A+ rating for sure

These guys are fantastic. I came in with a problem on my my laptop and they had it ready for me the next day. At half the price of everywhere else I checked! These are nice, professional, and talented experts who will take care of you and get it done right. I would recommend them to anyone.

My issue was not resolved, but it was a very complicated problem involving failing hardware issues. They refunded my money and gave me a reference to a different shop, which I did like.

I bet for about 95% of cases these guys can solve your issue, and the takeaway is that they will work with you if they can't.

Absolutely one of the best computer repair/replacement/upgrade service providers you will find. I have relied on their service for many years, for business and personal desktops and laptops - they just installed a Microsoft Surface workspace for me, and also refurbished my MacBook Pro which now runs 20 times faster than it did before I brought it in. They are always very accommodating, great pricing, super friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I have been to several electronic repair shops, and people are normally just money hungry. These guys aren't. These guys are very knowledgeable and are fairly priced. They are very polite and are willing to work with you and your needs. I highly recommend them!
