Every time I need help with a complex android phone issue, the ATT team is fantastic. Today, Alec was able to solve a very complex problem, and saved my bacon. Way you go Alec, you are the best ! ! !

Sky provided the best customer service by going above and beyond to give us the best deal, making sure we understood everything and was not rushed even though it was close to closing time.

AJ was amazing. He was so helpful and fixed a lot of issues for me. He set me up with a Samsung 22 ultra I can’t wait to use it. Thank you

They way customer service is supposed to be. Devin was extremely helpful. Didn’t get a feeling he was trying to push me to buy any things. He helped me find the best options selling my paid off phone, comparing AT&T price vs eBay. He also looked to see if there was a way to reduce my monthly payment. Great service under new management.

I appreciate the clarity the store manager Jason provided on the available AT&T postpaid plans even 5 minutes before the store got closed! He was eager to help me with setting up a new number and stay overtime until the job was done. He was also able to answer all my questions quickly and show willingness to help in the future with any concerns. One could see that he is committed to his job and a big asset to the store! It's great to see that!

Place was great. We got my whole family new phones, we all switched from various carriers. And since then I've gotten better service, shaved my bill in half even after getting a new phone and paying for it monthly. Would recommend to everyone!

Chuck was very helpful at getting our phones and plan upgraded. He was very patient with my boomer parents who required a lot more time to understand things to make decisions, but he used humor to keep it light and easy. Thanks Chuck!

I have dealt with many different phone companies over the years and I was very impressed by the atmosphere and professionalism showcased by Matt and his crew! Very professional while still having fun at work. New exactly how to help me with my cell phone needs and was on top of everything from start to finish.

Kenny, the Store Manager is great, and truly takes pride in delivering excellent customer service to his clients. He was thorough and took the time to make sure I understood all of the components to my cellular contract. After having a terrible experience at the ATT store near this one on 41st St, I decided to give this store a try. I am glad I did! The SIM card in my little brother's phone died and Kenny did a great job on helping me get a new one. Then when we were setting up the new SIM, I managed to mess up my phone plan and he helped me fix that as well. He was super nice and understanding! I can't express how much I appreciated his help. I came in and the store was super busy- Matt started the interaction to get everything lined up and Alec promptly followed up to ensure I was taken care of as Matt handled other customers. Alec was very thoughtful and very helpful. I appreciate the help.

AJ was awesome had set a passcode on my device and somehow it was entered in wrong and I was locked out of my phone. For over 4 hours I struggled to open my phone and he was able to reset my phone in a matter of minutes. Thank you AJ!

Derek and Mike were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I went in for a new phone, and left saving $40 a month on my bill. I have a business with multiple lines and will always go here for our wireless service! Thanks for keeping our best interests at heart always.

Hember did an amazing job helping me upgrade my phone and adding an additional line. He was very patient and assisted me with transferring all my data. Pretty sure he stayed late just to help me finish everything and set it all up. Great experience.

Matt was amazing! Explained everything, gave me options was very professional and knowledgeable!! I would recommend this store to anyone looking to get a new phone. Staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Update Aug 2020: Had to go in-store for an account issue and Kenny was awesome! He was polite, courteous, and friendly while we navigated the problem. In the end, he was able to successfully resolve my reason to visit and I think AT&T should promote/recognize Kenny for his terrific service (or at least buy him lunch!) Thanks again Kenny!

We visited this location last evening and had an amazing experience! Bri helped us almost immediately upon entering the store; my husband wanted an upgrade so we knew what we wanted. She was so cheerful and friendly. She pulled up our account and answered any questions we had, along with listening to our tech needs/wants and recommending the most appropriate products. We had a blast chatting with her and Nicolas while we finished up and waited for my husbands phone to transfer (he had a lot of stuff!) Overall we couldn't be any happier with our experience with Bri and left absolutely delighted. Thank you Bri for everything! And thank you both Bri and Nicolas for the awesome conversation! If anyone needs a great phone service or a new phone/accessories - this is the location to go!

First time in the att store in Rochester. I had the pleasure of working with Mike. I had tons of questions and Mike was more than helpful and gracious with his time. He helped me with setup in regards to my new iPhone and watch. He made this trip fun and painless, because of Mike, I will return to the store. Thanks again!

Mike was so helpful. We had questions about hot spot usage, our plan and TV service. His explanations were clear and explicit. In addition, he was friendly and spent a lot of time with us, without ever making us feel rushed. Our experience was excellent.

Fastest I’ve ever been able to purchase a phone and accessories… and get out the door, ever. Getting a new phone has been put off for months anticipating a half-day experience. I wish I hadn’t waited. That was painless.
