By all means do not purchase anything from this company. To start they charged me 3000.00 in March for the incorrect bond. I knew that the bond was incorrect when I received it. I contacted them and told them it was incorrect and I was told that was the only bond that they sold for my business. Fast forward to July 18, I had an inspection for my business and the health inspector told me to contact CCI Surety because the bond was incorrect. Out of goof faith, I purchased the correct bond from CCI Surety for 221.00. As you can read there is a huge difference in the cost. I requested a refund, sent the incorrect bond back overnight and then kept getting from the manager Allison that it would take 60 days for a refund. I sent emails requesting an update, emails went unanswered. I then contacted the owner of CCI Surety Jeremy Crawford. Jeremy stated to me that he would have someone to contact me. No one contacted me. I called back the following week to only get an email that it would be 60 plus days before I got my money back. I then contacted the underwriter, they told me that they did not receive my refund request until August 20, three weeks after I returned the incorrect bond. Here we are September 11 and I still have not received my refund of 3000.00. CCI Surety has not contacted me in reference my refund within the past three weeks. I personally had to contact the underwriter myself, the Dept. of Insurance for my state which they told me to file an official complaint about this company who gives bad and negligent customer service. I am advising all, do not do business with CCI Surety.
