My husband and I (as well as my dad) have been taking our vehicles to Bjorn for years. He has always done great, fast, and very reasonably priced work. He has been honest about the vehicles and what they need, and has even recommended other shops when the work is out of the scope of what he would like to do.
As a woman, my experience here has been excellent. He has always explained to me exactly what needs to be done and given me a quote he sticks to. He hasn’t tried to sell me any extra work and has treated me with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Bjorn and his team, it’s hard to find shops that do good work for women. I see no reason to bring our cars elsewhere.

I've been a customer for about 5 years, I've always had a stellar experience here. It all comes down to communication, Bjorn and Dave are both top notch communicators, respectful, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel like I'm left out of the know, and always feel like my time and budget are valued more at this shop than any other. Bjorn once referred us to a friend for exhaust work because his friend could do it half price, I really appreciated that. Dave helped me decide what to do with a truck that we had to retire from the family fleet and it was painless as I could fully trust that I am always getting professional advice. This shop feels connected to the central nerve of the mom and pop automotive service industry. No Frills, no nonsense, just good, honest workmanship.

In the past they have worked on our 96 Chevy truck, 87 Jeep, 2001 CRV. Transmission, suspension, diagnostic, regular service, engine, brakes.

It is tough for us non-mechanics, to find a professional mechanic that is Honest. I often hear about mechanics misdiagnosing vehicles just to make additional money on their customers. I got one of my vehicles repaired by Bjorn and he did something that reassured me that there are mechanics out there that are Honest and value their customers and not just after their Money. If you need any work done on your vehicle, I would highly recommend Broadway Auto Tech.

Bjorn and Peter do a wonderful job at relating to customers and providing them with accurate and honest information. Their work is top notch, prices are very reasonable and they are a great crew to work with. Would recommend them to anyone especially if you own a VW/Audi. Broadway Auto Tech is a great service center for any car, import or domestic, but their expertise with VAG vehicles is astounding. I will surely be returning. Absolutely nothing bad to say about them.
