Robert Pigott: Allstate Insurance

Received a flyer in the mail from Robert Pigott same day I got my American Family bill in the mail. Called their office and what service!! With America Family for 40 yrs and all they did was raise my rates. Robert Pigotts agents beat AF by 102.00 a month for two cars insured. Went from 283.00 to 181.00 a month. The total time on the phone was 20 minutes. SWEET!!! Nicest agents to deal with. No pressure.

The agent Matthew Wells is the cheater . I just recently switch my home and auto insurance to Allstate. Matthew, the agent gave me the price for both home and auto. Then I paid with my credit card for my auto. The next day I found out that my home was $10 more and $50 more for auto. I called the agent back and he said he didn't know why neither but he will take care of it after the pending stage. I waited for a week and never got a single call from him. I tried to call him back 5 times and left him a message and still no call. Then I talked to his partner and he said nothing he could do about it and told me if I don't like the fact it is $50 more, I can cancel it. So, if anyone looking for a insurance agent, I recommend you not to call this agent. Bad service ever.

False quote! They sent me a letter saying my homeowners policy was about to be renewed which was true and the letter included their price based on an accurate value of my home. When I called in to accept the policy they started entering information into the computer and the policy price was 3 times the amount the letter stated. I used the same deductibles and everything stated on the letter. This agent is crooked and I would stay away from them!
