Cheryl was the realtor that represented me in the successful sale of two properties and purchase of a third. She was professional and offered valuable advice in the negotiation and inspection processes. Whenever an issue or question came up, she responded promptly and with the knowledge needed. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely call on Cheryl in any future real estate ventures.

Cheryl helped me find my first home and walk me through all the in's and out's of buying a home. She was so patient and made herself available with short notice. She is AMAZING and if I sell and buy again she will be the first one I call. Cheryl's years of experience really shines as you go through the process of buying a home. Used as buyer agent. Although nice would not recommend. Lack of detail orientation and personalization (other agents we worked with would tell us key info on the property, not just take us to go look at it), poor negotiation skills (as if working for seller instead, didn't understand why we asked for items to be fixed as it's not "standard", but I insisted we request it anyway an got it! Seller countered on our offer which Cheryl thought was a fair counter, to which I said no, in the end seller came down more on price) and lastly, did not communicate/know about a key aspect of a property that we bought, which had we known about, we would not have bought (there were train tracks just 3 blocks away that ran a train in the middle of the night with a very loud whistle!!!... and other times as well). We were relocating from out of state during a very hectic time (selling another property, starting new job, expecting a baby), so while we normally would have caught this, she definitely should have. Eden Prairie is great, being located by train tracks was not. On DAY OF CLOSING, I asked about the Home Warranty, and she said "Oops, I forgot to do that last night, I'll do it now." Seriously?! Very disappointed in her performance. If you're just looking for someone to send you automated listings and show you property, then she's fine, but if you're looking for a real buyer's agent, then find someone else.
