Avoid this place and working with Janice Quinlan. She's a huge right wing conspiracy theorist that supports Qanon. She actively posts on her social media support for this fringe conspiracy riddled group. If you're a moderate or a left-winger you should do no business with Berkshire Hathaway. My money will never go to support somebody like her and her colleagues.

My realtor worked with Donavin Prescott and his client to structure a written offer that was verbally accepted and advised us to have a purchase agreement written. We submitted the offer within 48 hours. Donavin acknowledged he received the offer and explained to us that his clients attorney was reviewing. We have repeatedly contacted Donavin by phone, text and email. Donavin has completely ghosted us. Not even a courtesy call that something may have changed. I hate to rate Berkshire and Donavin as a 1 star, but this unprofessionalism leaves me no choice.
