Had issues with my brakes last summer, replaced my own brake line, had to have Monte's bleed my ABS brakes, I did have to wait a few days for an appointment, but was able to manage without my car until it got fixed. Gave good service and fair pricing (quoted slightly less than other local shops but I don't know if this is the norm). The work was done fast after I dropped it off. I am thinking going back soon to get an inspection and tune up.

My Mom and Uncle have been going to Monte’s for a few years now and never had an issue.. I’ve also go through Monte’s as well and they do such an amazing job. No complaints here.. I especially like the fact that I can buy my own parts for them to use.

Monte does a great job. His staff know cars. He's honest and the prices are good. It was my first time doing business at the shop and they were excellent. I will be back for more.

Monte thoroughly went over what needed to be done (and why), what could wait (sigh of relief) all in a way I could understand from a non-mechanic view.

Nice, professional and was able to quote me at a 1/3 of the cost of what the big commercial shops were trying to charge – didn’t feel pressured and felt an honest approach was taken about what I actually needed rather than being up-sold of unnecessary repairs. Solid shop!

Montes auto is the way to go! These guys were honest friendly and affordable. I brought my truck in and they did a great job! Would def. Recommend and when needed I'll def. Be going back.

I've taken many vehicles here for service over the past 5+yrs. Prices are fair, Monte & his techs always listen to my concerns. They call me before they do any work. They will put in any parts you bring. They cant warranty those parts, but do garintee their labor. If the part fails you will still have pay part/labor charges to replace. If ever there is an issue w/a repair (parts/labor that the shop provides) he corrects it w/no problems. He also has no problems showing you the proposed repairs & will give you the broken parts if you request them as long as there is no core charge. He does have signs posted around the shop that they are not responsible for break-ins or thefts of items or vehicles. LOCK UP YOUR S$$$ Park overnight @ your own risk. There are many cameras on the property to assist police if needed. The shop does get very, very busy & phone calls are not always answered/returned. I find it best to just stop in to ask questions & do scheduling. Once your vehicle is in the shop, they do get back to you.
Also it is posted that if you don't pay for your vehicle repairs on time there is a daily charge. So don't have your vehicle fixed if you can't pay for the repairs.

I had a great experience here. The owner was very accommodating and did not try to get one over on me. Everytime something was wrong he showed me so I could be assured about what NEEDED to be done. Nobody tried to upsale me on products and services that were not needed. Also, throughout the my time there the owner educated me on some issues about the car, as well as some cheap alternatives repairs. At the end of my visit I left very happy. The owner had great customer service, the mechanic did great, and I did not break the bank which is great for a college student like me.

I was in abit of a time crunch and these fellas squeezed me in, made time to repair more than just the most pressing need in that time and really took care of me for hundreds less than I expected!

Fixed my starter on my 01 Hyundai Accent. He found the cheapest price for the part and gave me a reasonable price for the fix and an oil change. Fixed my car in a very timely manner (next day) and communicated with me through every step

The service is great and take his time if you do complete diagnostic of your vehicle and let you know how much cost before they do the work the employees are very kind very helpful and willing to work with you concerning your vehicle great shop a great atmosphere and I love going there I tell all my friends about them thank you

Went in with grinding brakes, assuming the worst. They found that it was just some dirt grinding around, cleaned them out, good as new, only charged for the inspection. They really could have screwed me there, and I'd have been none the wiser. Guy who helped me out was kind and honest.

We have taken many cars there and he has done a great job fixing them. He is fair and reasonable. He is trustworthy.

Monte and his mechanic assessed the problem, presented a solution and estimated price and completed the work in a timely, professional manner. Kudos!!
