The Midtown Manor

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well prepared, with coffee, which was very good, and other food supplies that you can use. The beds were comfortable and large. Howard was very helpful, communicated well and was very accommodating. Also there is an Aldi close by where we bought food to prepare during our stay.

The owners were very helpful and very on top of the check in and check out procedures. The house was clean and very comfortable with easy access parking. House was equipped with all the necessities for cooking you own meals. The location could not be better. No matter what activity we wanted to do we were never more than 10-15 minutes away. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Minneapolis.

We were in the 2nd floor apartment in the house. As everyone else has commented, the place was sparkling clean! The nights were quiet and we rested really well in great beds. The location is easy access to downtown and the Minneapolis Institute of Art (which is amazing!) We fixed several meals in the apartment and had all we needed in the kitchen to do so. Check-in was easy. Instructions for check-out were helpful and simple. Overall, it was a quiet comfy stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. Huge bedrooms with large comfy beds in all. Great common spaces, very clean/well kept and fabulous location! Wonderful-responsive host!! Would definitely book again!

Stayed for a week and had a great time. The house is very welcoming and spacious and the beds were comfortable. This is a great location for the convention center being only a few bus stops away from town, or a 20-30 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Minneapolis!

I stayed here for four nights the first time and was extremely pleased with the place and the friendly and hospitable host, Howard. He would respond quickly to all of our requests and enquiries. The place was clean and cozy. We were so satisfied that we decided to stay at the same place during our second visit in Minneapolis, and we were not disappointed.

I rented this place for a Bachelorette party and the ladies loved it!! Great location to midtown global market and uptown! Howard and Kira were extremely easy to work with and made the process as seamless as possible. Their cleaning lady wasn't able to make her shift, so Howard came and cleaned it himself!!!!!! Certain circumstances allowed me to get access to the property early to set up and decorate which made our gathering even more special. Pictures do not do the space justice as it has an old charm about it!

We absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and beautiful home! Quite neighborhood! Kira and Howard were great very quick responses and very helpful. We will for sure be staying again when we come back to Minnesota!! Awesome place.

Parking on street was pretty easy for all our guests, which is surprising for Minneapolis! The rooms were super clean and I actually really liked the simplicity of the place! Check-in was super easy and the location is great. Overall a really great stay!

Great place! Just a quick two night stay to drop our daughter off at UMN, but we really enjoyed both the space and neighborhood. The apartment was clean, spacious, easy to find and convenient to the campus. The neighborhood is eclectic with great places to eat about anything. But even more important, good local coffee shops nearby for the morning jolt.

Special shoutout to Howard for some spur of the moment help...he definitely went above and beyond the call of a normal host. I'm sure we will be back!

Great stay. The apartment was very clean had everything we needed. Even a few toys for the kids to play with. Great experience with management. Made sure we were comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Also great price... Home away from home😀

Our family of 4 stayed comfortably at The Midtown Manor this summer. It was a perfect location to set up camp while doing all things Minneapolis...The State Fair, Twins game, Mall of America. It is also in close proximity to check out some GREAT local shops and dining! We will definitely be staying there again!

Very comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. Host is great and easy to communicate with. The place was super clean when we arrived. We were able to walk to coffee and restaurants nearby and parking was no problem.

Was very nice price for what you get, including comfy beds, nice bathroom and kitchen and other amenities. Was great for our quick stay and check in/check out was hassle free.

Very clean and inviting. Though we only stayed one night it was nice to have more space than just the standard hotel room.
