Wyndham Burnsville Nicollet Inn

I was in town for business purposes and had a reservation book at this hotel. I got there right at check-in time and the staff was very friendly and quick to get me checked in. The hotel itself overall was nice. The restaurant connected to the hotel was under construction so I did not get to see that. My room was on the first floor and had a patio with tables and chairs where you could view the pool and other areas. That was actually something I liked about the room. The only negative I had to stay in the hotel was if you are on the first floor it is very very noisy. The hotel staff does have signs posted saying that quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. but during that time that I was there, after those hours, there were kids running around, lots of talking, music and other noises that made it difficult to sleep. After I did fall asleep and wake up earlier in the morning, it was very quiet. There are a lot of fast food restaurants around the hotel and very awesome interstate access. I would stay here again but I would definitely prefer a room on a floor other than the first floor.

Fantastic stay and great location! Booked a standard room and they happily honored my Wyndham Diamond suite upgrade. Room was incredibly clean, nicely furnished, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Staff was friendly and prompt.

We rented a party room for the family. Christmas party and had the hotel cater. The space was exactly as described and worked perfect. Our whole family was able to be together. The food was wonderful, we had a taco bar. The food was great and this was a wonderful way to do a Christmas party. No cleanup, no cooking, central location.

All around great experience! Very comfortable beds, clean room, shallow but good hot tub. Amazing staff. 10/10 recommend.

Pet friendly, comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit chesey to have an indoor patio area, but we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant and sat on the patio and ate (didn't want to leave the dog alone). it was actually a really cool addition to the room. Breakfast wasn't included, but the restaurant offers breakfast and there are a couple fast food places within walking distance.

Sunday Morning customer service was polite, helpful in updating keys which was necessary. Try to keep hotel keys away from phones was our lesson here. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Outstanding service at morning brunch on Sunday

Clean and updated hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was friendly. Wasn’t stoked on the fridge, microwave and coffee maker being in the bathroom, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great bang for your buck hotel. Staff at check in and out were exceptional. Clean everywhere. I would stay here with my wife and drive in to the Mall of America. Plenty of food choices nearby. I loved the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the personnel were very friendly. The only thing that I found weird, was that the fridge, microwave and coffee stuff were located in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The management at the hotel is stellar. We worked with Kimberly, and what a pleasure. She was efficient and helpful in every way, and so professional.

We had the misfortune of being at the hotel at the same time as a number of middle school basketball and volleyball players. They were loud, unsupervised and out of control. Management made every effort to get them to quiet down, but with parents being unsupportive, unavailable or equally disruptive themselves, it appeared to be nearly impossible. Kimberly kindly moved us to a different floor and tried to accommodate our needs as best she could. I am very appreciative of her efforts!

A lovely establishment that my husband and I spent a night at recently. It was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable, and we were able to get a room quickly. We stayed in a king suite, and it was very spacious! We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Friendly staff, a variety of good meeting rooms and convenient parking. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby, but I prefer the excellent Morgans restaurant located in the hotel. Morgans' has a variety of choices and price points on the menu.

I stay here often due to work. Everyone here is fabulous. They go out of their way to accommodate any need you may have. The rooms are clean and the beds are great for someone with a bad back such as myself. When they say "pet friendly ", they mean it. I often bring my golden retriever and they welcome him like family. I highly recommend this hotel!! The food and service in the attached restaurant is excellent as well!

Great location and easy to work with. I rented a conference room for a week and stayed on site while conducting USCG OUPV Captains License classes for Northern Water Excursions LLC.
Conference room was set up and cleaned daily! I look forward to returning to this facility again!

I’m reviewing this ONLY because of the AMAZING staff. I didn’t stay here as I’m a local but we had our Conceal and Carry Class in one of their banquet rooms.

I first walked in and a manager greeted me and gave direction. Made me feel important and caring as they asked about my day. So did the front desk clerk. Half way through our class, a custodian was removing the poinsettias and setting up for Spring. This gentleman was so very friendly and asked if I needed direction and anything to drink. I take notice to things like this as you can tell from upper management to all staff that they care. If this is a reflection of their rooms, you’re going to get a 5 start !!! Awesome job !

While we stopped there, and stayed overnight, Oct. 6th..we experienced car problems.. with the help of the young lady at the desk.. during the for noon of October 7th..she was so helpful in making sure we were going to be ok..by getting us a Uber ride to Apple Valley Ford dealership, to have our car taken care.. thanking God for her help.

This summer we stayed here for 3 weeks while our house was being remodeled. Having to move out of your house for 3 weeks is never fun but staying here made it a lot easier. The place is very clean and well maintained. And this was consistent throughout the hotel the entire time we were there.

But what really made our stay wonderful were the people. Every one on staff we talked with was friendly, helpful and welcoming. And they were genuine and fun. The people there really made our experience a great one. If you have to leave your home temporarily or if you have family/friends coming to this area, send them here. They'll be well taken care of.

We have been using this hotel for over 11 years now. We have a scrapbook event twice a year here. The staff is so wonderful from the catering, front desk, set up of the ballroom, and waiters and waitress's. We have never had a bad experience. They always treat us so welcoming and will do anything we ask for. We are treated like royalty. We have had three Catering managers and all have been super to work with. We do stay overnight and the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The food is always prepared to our liking and is delicious. We would give this hotel a 10.
