Was a little disappointed at first finding out the old owner sold. But Holy wow. Pam the GM was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, the hospitality was beyond compare. Thanks all who make this hotel what it is. We'll return.

I was visiting a friend at the hotel. Very pleased to see how clean it was. The pool, hot-tub and sauna were also clean and operable!

I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's it was great I got the suite room with the Jacuzzi tub, it had a big tub, nice size sauna and pool room and decent Continental breakfast.

Great place to stay and one of the only choices in Apple Valley away from i-35. Pricey but was able to get a discount using Wyndham Rewards points and we got a free upgrade to an executive suite. Many food, shopping, and entertainment venues nearby, including Cowboy Jack's which has country western line dancing next door. Pet friendly for our 125lb Great Pyrenees. Pam at front desk was super nice and helpful.

This place is a good clean and quiet hotel. We ended up staying there with our 3 dogs because it was super hot and our central air went out. They were very friendly and sweet to us and our older large dogs (2 black labs and a rottweiler/pitt/lab mix). There was a pet fee which is totally understandable. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and most importantly cool. The room was big enough for 2 adult and 3 dogs to sleep comfortably. The elevator was smaller but still had enough room for all 5 of us. The staff were very nice, polite and friendly to the dogs. The only slightly negative thing is the parking. This hotel shares a parking lot with Cowboy Jack's so sometimes it is hard to find a spot until the bar clears out a little bit. Hopefully we won't have to stay there again for another emergency but if we need to we would definitely go back to this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful, from the check in, to our check out! The night manager was very helpful and engaging! Complimentary breakfast is always a plus! Our room 2bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, very clean! The entire staff aT this hotel in Apple valley was great!

Move over embassy suites! This hotel is Definitely worth the trip!

Awesome experience this weekend at the AmericInn. Truly exceptional service from the lady taking our reservations, to the front desk staff to the gentleman who helped every morning at the breakfast area. The hotel is very clean, rooms were spotless and the breakfast area well stocked. The staff was extreme helpful and polite. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Room smelled musty/damp. Not sure if it was due to cleaning or humidity in the air. Room was not very sound proof, but what hotel room is? Not sure if the beds and pillows were uncomfortable or we just didn't sleep well the 2 nights there. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with multiple items. Great location.

Rooms were great. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up was good. And the fact that they also offered soup in the evening to guests when it was so bitterly cold out was great. Pool could have been a bit warmer. Price was pretty decent too.

I was home for Christmas and stayed here. It was great. Friendly staff, nice simple room. It's not the Ritz but I wasn't paying Ritz prices. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was always ready w hot coffee and tea in a cozy little lobby with a fireplace..a well kept swimming pool that the kids loved.....aaaandddd a PANCAKE MACHINE. I will most definitely stay at the American Inn Apple Valley again next time I come home for a visit. Thank you for a nice stay.

I was very satisfied with our room as it was very clean and felt high end for the price. The staff was so friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Everything was great.

The front desk staff is amazing and super friendly. The new pancake machine is something straight out of a sci-fi film. You simply wave your hand in front of it and two, hot and ready flap jacks roll out. If you’re looking for entertainment, there is a bar that shares the parking lot with the hotel. We didn’t actually go to the bar, but it made for some awesome people watching opportunities all from the comfort of our super clean king room. Fantastic amenities for a great price. 10/10 will come back again.

Checked in Saturday morning close to 1 am, the front desk person, Jackson, was completely awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service skills. Poor man had to deal with some VERY drunk people that came in and he handled it smoothly. I would stay here again just because of him. Man deserves a raise!

Love it! The staff are amazing, the pool and spa area is kept up with, and looks nice. The rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent. The breakfast in the morning is great with much variety. The smoking area is a nice environment and doesn't bother anyone on the location. It's in the middle of many shops and restaurants around making it easily accessible to get around. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, I'd recommend the AmericInn.

Loved staying here!! Very clean rooms, great service, great breakfast, and great pool for the kids to enjoy while we got to enjoy the sauna and hot tub!!! We will definitely use them again!!

This hotel has more amenities then you can imagine the beds comfortable , rooms are very neat very clean.
Breakfast is great they even have chocolate milk. Everything you would want and need is in walking distance. This hotel this property has it figured out they go way beyond.

We are locals that absolutely love this hotel for "getaway overnights". The staff is always terrific ... friendly and helpful. The whole facility, including the rooms, is very neat and clean. The community lobby area is comfortable, free local newspapers are provided and there is a big-screen TV. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very quiet. Don't let the low prices fool you into thinking it's a "budget" joint ... instead it's a great value. Love it!

It's was a decent hotel with big rooms where you have two beds within the room, separated by a side door and a bathroom between the two rooms. The main bed was a King size and the other was a queen bed. You also have a comfortable desk to work on within the main room.
It was a definitely a great arrangement of furnitures and specious for a family or 2 couples traveling together.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was when we checked in - especially since we checked in after 9pm. She set the tone for a pleasant stay. I have no complaints. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Best price for an ideal locat6ion near many businesses which made this an easy selection to make. Their offering of discounted rate for veterans was very much appriciated.
