Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Minneapolis

I stayed at this hotel for four days during a conference. This hotel is very close to the conference center, made it very convenient to go back and forth. The service at the hotel and the restaurant was top notch. They upgraded me to a larger room which was like an apartment with 2 baths, an office, lounge master bedroom and huge bathroom. No complaints whatsoever!

5-stars for an imperfect stay, because a nice hotel has to be judged by how they respond. We had a major plumbing issue well out of their control involving some kind of broke line. Maintenance was there within 5 minutes, and they had us moved to a new room with keys and a luggage cart within another 5 minutes, along with some credits. That is a level of quality response you just don’t see often, and they should be commended!

Really enjoyed my stay from check in to check out! The front desk staffs (both day and night shifts) were amazing, and even went above and beyond helping me coordinate my luggage storage before flight with a staff member at another Marriott hotel which saved me lots of time. Highly recommend!

Spaces in front of the building are reserved for valet or hotel check in . There is metered parking available steps away from the hotel entrance as well as nearby parking ramps. Jack, Parker and Ryan in valet are courteous, professional and charming. Emily at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great service.

Had a great week night dinner at Masa & Agave. A must try are the passion fruit margarita and the nachos. Loved the speakeasy vibes and our server Leuanna was attentive and present. Would go back to try more of their Agave cocktails and have multiple rounds of gauc.

My family and I have stayed here twice and we love everything about it. This weekend, we decided to try something different and we stayed at The Marquette Hotel, a few blocks away. Let's just say, they're no Ivy!

I had the pleasure of shooting a wedding here and Its such a gem of a luxury hotel. The hidden bar downstairs was just a unique little spot, almost a speakeasy type style. I hope to shoot a wedding here again!

Lovely hotel downtown Mpls. Walked through on our way to Anda Spa (which was very nice). Player piano was a nice touch. Staff was helpful walking through. Valet service was friendly. Love Minnesota!

Staff are all outrageously nice and accommodating! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the restaurants have great food and the bar/waitstaff are fabulous.

We arrived the 1st of Sept for the state fair. David at the front desk was great. Also the bar staff and spa staff were lovely. They really made our time there special. I would recommend the spa to anyone! Very nice facilities to lounge while you wait on your appointment. My recommendation is to get there early to take full advantage of the spa.

Our rooms were wonderful, and it was so great seeing cleaning services come refresh the room. I haven't seen that since covid started.

The only negative experience I had was with valet. I waited in my car for 15min. I was looking at 2 guys talk to one lady. I tried to flag them down but they were too busy speaking with a pedestrian. She didn't even have a car. Finally, when they finished their conversation, they told me I can park in the garage and when I did so they didn't mention that in order to walk back to the hotel through the sky walk, I needed my room key. Thankfully, another patron was coming out when we were coming in.

I had an amazing experience. Our suite was very spacious and the food at the restaurant was great. To make it even better our check out experience with Zeena and John D made my day. We will definitely return.

Staff are very nice and friendly. When I had a difficulty with checking in Patricia was really helpful, even though it’s not their fault, she talked through the situation with ota platform for almost half hour to make sure I can check in and ordered us many nice deserts!

I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Got checked into my room. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The staff was amazing. I ate breakfast every morning in the lobby and was always greeted with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend for our 1st wedding Anniversary. We went out to get drinks and when we came back to our room, there was a bottle of champagne and a note congratulating us on our 1st Anniversary! I called the front desk regarding room service and was informed that room service for food had just closed for the night. I immediately received a call back saying they would stay open for us and then they brought us room service for free! So kind. We had a great experience at Hotel Ivy.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend and I could not be happier with the accommodations. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. We felt well taken care of by literally everyone we came into contact with. The front desk always had smiles and asked how our day was, the valet was always quick, and the two women at the bar were so kind. We walked down to Caribou Coffee two blocks down both days and felt safe. This hotel is in an ideal spot and seems to be like 15 minutes from everything! We went to the spa and used some of the amenities before we left and felt so refreshed. Just a heads up, you can get a day pass to the spa for $50 dollars per person. If you have some downtime, I highly recommend it. Great stay and we will definitely be back.

Great 5 stars hotel in downtown. The room is spacious and nice view of Minneapolis. Great location. Services are excellent. This is one of my best hotels to stay in Twin cities. Highly recommended

Loved every single day of my stay here!!! Everything about this hotel was amazing. So glad our team chose this place, will definitely come and stay here again. I wish I knew spa access was included with stay.

Love this hotel. Mostly for the room. The bathroom is huge. Pretty big room with plenty work space. Very nice amenities provided. You can feel it’s a luxury collection hotel in many details in the room. The only part I don’t like is the lobby. Feels pretty dead most of the time. But you can get some nice free coffee in the morning. Valet service is pretty fast too. Overall highly recommend and will stay again.

The staff was amazing during our stay. The day that we arrived my wife was having a rough day. One thing after another topped off by dropping her kombucha on the freshly cleaned lobby floor and all over her jacket. The lobby staff could tell that today was not her day and we were pleasantly surprised when room service showed up with a complimentary bottle of wine and some fresh Kombucha for my wife to help turn it around. We will definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful hospitality!

A very nice place to stay. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are nice, clean and modern.
