Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Burnsville

Nice and central to the 35 Y into E and W. The rooms are definitely cared for, but they do have some expected wear and tear but the service is still great and rooms are in good condition.

The pool room was nice and toasty, but the pool was nice and cool and the hot tub felt great! It could definitely use an open door to some fresh air to cool off the pool area.

Breakfast was good. I was slightly disappointed there was no waffle maker, but they did have some frozen waffles and a toaster. Plenty of options for breakfast, mostly the typical choices like cereal, hot food, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and fruit.

I had a great 5 days at the Fairfield at Burnsville! My room was nice and clean. The front desk was helpful with our questions about the area. I left my planner in the room after checkout, and Melyssa brought it downstairs for me! She is so thoughtful, and it really shows. Overall I had a wonderful experience here. Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 5 days and everyone was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The cook, Monty was very nice and made sure our breakfast was very good. Thanks Monty for your hospitality. I would like to also thank Tina Harpke, the general manager for her outstanding hospitality. She's a real sweetheart and made sure my stay was very pleasant. Overall everyone was extremely nice and showed nothing but great hospitality. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn Hotel and had the pleasure of interacting with a staff member named Monty. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Monty, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Our stay was very nice. - Hotel staff were always friendly - Breakfast is included downstairs in the lobby. Eggs, turkey and pork sausage, assorted bread/pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal - Pool looked nice, but we didn't swim. - Room was clean and looked nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and well appointed. Staff was very pleasant,helpful and thoughtful. We were in Burnsville for a family medical emergency and were very thankful for the extra effort which was made to insure the best possible rate and for the compassion which was shown! The traits that these employees (all female) possess are very rare these days! The Marriott chain is VERY lucky to have them representing the Marriott brand!!

The room was very clean and well kept! All amenities were also in good working order and available through my stay (4 days) I was a guest from Tues til Friday (I am doing this on Thursday 10/24) while it’s still fresh in my mind! I am here for work and what made my stay absolutely perfect was DIETRA (front desk) SHE WAS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY, Greeting is each time with a warm friendly smile ,she was very accommodating in anything we may have needed, knowledgeable on any questions we had and always making sure our stay was going great! Because if her I will ALWAYS stay here when I’m in the area and will definitely recommend to others that might travel this way! Also to add she kept the front (lobby and dining area) very clean and well stocked! Thank You for your wonderful customer service🙌🏼🙌🏼

I witnessed some awesome customer service today. Tracy and Melanie at the front desk totally went above and beyond to help me with a glitch in my reservation. They gave my daughter a Popsicle while we were getting checked in. They greeted customers that came in by name. It was awesome. I was so impressed. If the world had more great customer service like this... I will also add that the room is clean and comfortable and everything in order. Excellent!

This is the first time staying at this hotel. My family and I simply loved it. They are so polite and its very clean. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. They have everything you need and more. Great prices and great location. I would definitely be coming back here for our next trip here in Minnesota.

The breakfast was good. Monty the server at the breakfast was great and helpful. I was also very talkative and friendly. The person at the front desk was great. Room was fine.

Very nice place! Tucked away in a culdosac so you don't hear traffic from the highway. The pool is very nice. The property is very clean in and out and the staff was wonderful. Great perk is the pancake house is across the street!

The employees make this place a 5 star hotel. Detra from day one has been amazing, honestly every employee I've come into contact with has made me feel "at home". I've been here 5 of the last 7 weeks and they've gone above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. If I need to be away for work, this is where I want to stay.

The Fairfield Inn was great! The room was clean and comfortable. We weren't disturbed by housekeeping or made feel rushed to leave. The continental breakfast was great, with a full coffee bar. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here in January and had a great experience. Very friendly staff, clean room, and a good breakfast. They even shipped an item back to me that I had left in my room. Would stay here again!

My stay at Fairfield was amazing! Detra the front desk woman was not only helpful but personable and made me feel at home. She pointed us in the right direction and made me and I know the coworkers I was with feel right at home. So we appreciate it and hope she stays longer to give others the same personable experience.

An excellent hotel, check in and check out it was very easy. The room was clean and spacious. I had no issues whatsoever. (edited to fix spelling mistakes).

The only downside was the heater was not up to par. Staff was great as well as breakfast! I would stay there again!

Good reservations deal. This property is very nice, and they feature an elevator.
